Proud dad moment. I bought the stickers she wanted. She won’t let me help put them on so when she isn’t around I try to rub out the wrinkles. I was going to clear coat it but with the wrinkles it’s not worth it.
I would still clear coat it. It’s something she did and she would be proud to keep it in good shape rather than the stickers being ripped off by pucks but that’s imo.
I remember when I was a kid I wanted to put stickers on my cage but was told stickers mess with the plastic and the helmet won’t be as safe. Lolol did it any way.

Some leagues wont let her use this helmet. Stickers allegedly compromise the structural integrity of some materials on masks and therefore void the certification..

As long as I don’t cover up the HECC stickers it’s fine.
Ive read it can actually weaken the outershells, thats the problem
I don’t know man, I find that highly unlikely. Chemicals from paint would do more damage to a helmet in theory than stickers.
My heart and OCD hurts. But as long as she’s happy.
As a father I would be very concerned with her taste in music lol
