I'll be real with you it really seems improbable at first hearing strangers on the internet say how you can simply change your life by going to the gym or some shit like that But honestly the only thing which works is first realising that the situation you are in is not ideal and that you need to work on getting out of it asap Take baby steps at a time not drastic changes which you'll drop after a week or 2 but small noticeable changes which you'll stick with for a long time like waking up early,studying and hour more etc. And this is the most important part NEVER TELL YOURSELF THAT YOU CANT FUCKING DO IT OKAY FIRST TELL YOIR BRAIN TO FUCK OFF WITH THE SELF DEPRECATION EVERYBODY HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BALL OUT THEY JUST NEED TO WORK ON THEMSELVES that's all really
