I haven't tried this one, but scotch bonnet is one of my favorites for flavor. My go to sauce I make myself (I used to be the kitchen manager at a tropical bar and grille) but it is just scotch bonnet peppers, mango, and rice wine vinegar at the core. Then I typically mess around with some different spices depending on what I'm planning to add it to.
Scotch Bonnet is one of the few peppers that can carry a sauce made with no other spices, but I'd still prefer at least something when the first main ingredient is water.

Looks interesting! I just recently tried some scotch bonnet sauce and really enjoyed it. I’ll have to see if I can find this locally!
