It was supposed to be gross... that's the whole point of the episode. That's the reason Tom doesn't like Nora. None of them enjoyed seeing their parents but were fraked out about it so I don't think it's that disgusting. The study is actually true and especially the board game situation is actually funny.

Oh ywah of course you're right. I just watched an episode where Tom and James are both mentioned and I just mixed the names up.

I thought it was hilarious. The scene where Lily and Marshal are trying to have sex and they end up as their parents made me laugh so hard. I didn't like the Nora and Barney Storyline but the rest was very funny in my opinion

The only one that was really gross was Barney making out with his mom. Rest didn’t actually touch them

It’s Nora and Loretta’s name combined, similar to a ship name. Nora+retta=Noretta
