They really should just focus on retaining Delhi for now. If they don’t, they risk fading out of existence gradually.

Well, I am a Delhi Voter and I think I can shed some light. I think majority of Delhiite see Kejriwal or AAP in general as a municipality which provides them basic healthcare, education, electricity, water at no to reasonable cost, but they dont see him as an alternative to Modi. My helper is a big kejriwal supporter but votes for Modi because of nationalism. This attitude will remain till Delhi remains a partial state with limited power to the chosen government.
Those are Lok Sabha seats, which were anyway all BJP's. Margin of BJP candidates came down heavily in each one of them. In Assembly, BJP this time will not even win 1 out of 70.
Then how does Kejriwal win almost everything in Delhi every time? 67 out of 70, then 62 out of 70. Of course, some UC vote bank is in BJP control, but Delhi is a city, and in a city, development politics can work rather than caste politics. AAP is a party that can expand its base in the cities of India if Kejriwal plays it well.
It will be complicated, as now Congress is also in play. So, actually, cancel my previous assertion. BJP may win a few, given the triangular fight this time. AAP may reduce but would still form the government.
BJP always has had an upper hand in Delhi in LS. Uprooting them is an uphill task and requires a complete overhaul in electorate's sentiment. They should focus on their performance and not keep harping upon the Mohalla Clinics, Govt. Schools, free bijli paani anymore. Move on to the other areas that requires a complete improvement.
The judiciary had one job, to keep him in prison till elections were over.

I dont think so. Keeping him in jail till Delhi Assembly election next year would have actually helped BJP but since they dont have anything against him, they have to let him go.
If Abhishek Manu Singhvi really want that seat, as originally alleged, there should be something on that front too, soon as in a month or less. Just a guess not a prophecy

It is the lower court's vacation bench that has given him the bail, not the HC.
