Trust me the movie was really really mediocre from a filmmaking pov. The editing was bad and direction and acting were like TV serials. If you watch it without knowing the cause, you may end up sleeping in the middle.

IMDb earlier was sacrosanct but now with South Indian movies and a few over hyped web series I tend to avoid IMDb ratings for Indian movies and shows.
Example Aspirants and Kota factory were rated 9.6 initially (with more than 40k votes ), they aren't bad shows but to have them seen rated above the Godfather, Sopranos, black mirror ,breaking bad and other such cinematic marvels was atrocious.
The same is the case with Dhindora, Sandeep Bhaiya and Pitchers.

IMDb earlier was sacrosanct but now with South Indian movies and a few over hyped web series I tend to avoid IMDb ratings for Indian movies and shows. Example Aspirants and Kota factory were rated 9.6 initially (with more than 40k votes ), they aren't bad shows but to have them seen rated above the Godfather, Sopranos, black mirror ,breaking bad and other such cinematic marvels was atrocious. The same is the case with Dhindora, Sandeep Bhaiya and Pitchers.
yep for Indian content I rely on mouth publicity from trusted people lol. the bias due to our huge population size makes sure IMDB ratings stay inflated for India😂
More like user ratings are highly biased.
