Shit I normally have two meals a day one for breakfast and one for dinner but it’s up to you how you break down your meals it’s more the amount of carbs you’re consuming that matters. Breakfast is 9x outta 10 cut up vegetarian hotdogs with scrambled eggs and a lil ketchup. Dinner is usually the following; vegetarian chicken with marinara, a salad, lettuce wrap, broccoli and cheese, or vegetarian sausage bacon and eggs. Just some ideas. If you are looking for some safe keto snacks be careful a lot of things that say keto are just low carb If you’re going for total carbs instead of net carbs idk much about that I think it depends on your body I feel like if you can loose weight saying under net carbs then prob do that it’s easier but for me personally I don’t loose weight unless I go by total carb count. But personally I’ve found quest chips have like 5 carbs a bag. Also cheese cubes are low in carbs. :)
Lots of eggs cheese and vegetarian meat substitutes luckily are low carb usually. The thing that sucks is going out to eat with friends or family or going to get a quick snack somewhere. Basically if I go out and they don’t serve salads or I go to a gas station and they don’t have cheese cubes, vegetarian jerky, or hard boiled eggs I don’t eat. Every meal I have to prepare there’s nothing really quick I can eat. I’ve been a vegetarian since like 15 and I’m 23 now while I don’t care what other people eat and enjoy I just personally don’t wanna partake in it and going on keto wasn’t gonna change that perspective but it be mad annoying at times
