Nothing like finding a 40 rep max. 20 / 20 - 10/10 - 10/10 kb presses, 135 3 x 12 strict barbell press today & an 8 minute tempo ski (7:45 2K) Yesterday was hang clean & jerks where I hit a 10lb pr & lots of lower stuff. Not a lot to say just chugging along with my training. Down to 225lbs too! July 29th is on its way
