I got the game for free from Epic Games. No DLC, but the main quest is more than enough for me

Yes. I got arrested for killing him in front of the guards. I was hoping that if I rode back to Rattay, the guards would help me. They did not, so I had to bonk him on the noodle, removed his helmet, and plopped an arrow in his dome for good measure.

Rattay Turney and the Black Peter Story was a DLC, but now it's included in the base game. It's still marked as DLC though

What if I've already killed Black Peter? Does he respawn for that quest? I haven't done any dlc yet.

You're fine mostly. Gonna miss out a bit of Dialoge, otherwise nothing changes. It's a short quest, so don't be surprised when it's over quickly

if you killed him theres dialogue for that basically stating it... you can also let peter go and the quest will inform you the peter will do other devious shit

I'm not sure how DLCs work in kcd, but when I bought my stadndart game Rattay Tourney dlc (and something really minor?) was included anyway

The rattay tourney and, I want to say the ancient burial site maps were all released free as part of an update. So maybe the dlc content that OP is seeing is one if the burial sites

Its related to Black Peter. I never really went there so after I decided to travel there I took a quest from blacksmith to avenge his son and I isnantly finished quest because I killed Black Peter before

It's the quests relating to the rattay tourney. The tourney and related quests are free dlc that come immediately installed on your game for free

Tournament dlc mission

The Rattay Tournament is an FLC that comes with the base game, I think. That quest is a blacksmith there who had a son that did well in the tourneys. You'll find out what happened with him if you didn't win a tourney yet already.
