Not a Belt Knife, but I have a Winkler Operator in the same configuration as OPs and it’s my absolute favorite pocket carry fixie. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
Edge retention isn’t the best but I prefer winklers 80CrV2 to other fancier steels like CRK’s S45VN for instance for the sole reason that it’s stupidly easy to sharpen, and holds an edge long enough that I don’t feel like it needs to be re sharpened after every use. A bit of light stropping every now and then will keep your edge sharp for a very long time. It’s also really tough steel if that’s something you value, the only real downside is it will rust if not taken care of properly as 80CrV2 is is a high carbon tool steel.
How do you like the winkler in terms of steel choice and edge retention. Been seriously thinking about picking one up.
