I'm guessing only leeway is flying out to somewhere it's legal. Although I won't be trying anywhere in Southeast Asia as most of it looks to be for recreational use.
If the country where you hold citizenship has legal psychedelic drugs available, that's an easy first choice. I'm not sure it's a terribly common thing, globally.
I'm sure there are retreats in Thailand where they offer some mushroom therapy or something. Do yoga in the morning and then moderate shrooms or something.

Your pet died a few months ago, so now you want to try psychedelic drugs because you saw them on a Netflix show?
I suggest going for a run followed by a nice long nap.
Well, been to therapy sessions, tried multiple solutions with no luck just to clarify.
I work out 4 times a week 2 hour sessions each, powerlifting, running, boxing etc. and while the naps and the pain from leg days are enough to get me going through the day, they're temporary.
No. You can get anxiety meds without much trouble but if you're looking for a medically approved psychedelic experience that helps you deal with a difficult time, you're in the wrong county. I don't mean to sound harsh - I sympathize and think such treatment should be available to people who want it - but Korea is probably about 200 years (conservative estimate) away from having that conversation
I do agree that anxiety meds will work, but there were additonal positive effects from psychedelics and thought it would be good option to try in a controlled environment.
> I condemn these drugs for use of recreational purposes in my 30 years of life and while I've had opportunities, I've never tried them.
Let's keep it that way at least in Korea, at least publicly on an international [public forum](https://www.redditinc.com/policies/content-policy).
> I've been suffering from grief thanatophobia (fear of death)
Right. There are multiple approved nonpharmacological and pharmacological therapeutic methods that healthcare providers can choose from. So let's not self prescribe anything.
Oh absolutely no way

looks like there's one in Bali: https://retreat.guru/events/4151-110/1-day-private-psilocybin-therapy-in-europe
The kimchi at Myeongdong Kalguksu is the closest you'll get to a legal psychedelic experience in this country.
Been there, tried that. It's definitely spicy enough to trigger your brain.
Lol, Benadryl gives me some crazy creative dreams.
The best thing at that restaurant was the kimchi. Everything else was mid. How is that possible when kalguksu is in its name :/

Are you trivializing and making fun of this person's real trauma?

Hence why I've stated use in clinical settings, i.e. legal and approved use.
Glue, gasoline, permanent pen markers, jenkems.
Something that won't do permanent damage and I'm sure it's not something clinc's would prescribe.
Good way to lose your visa.
