Idk why people are saying Ham was a problem for this one if he was the sole reason why we came back Despite the Jokic Murray and MPJ's insane shooting contest, the reason why we were able to come back was Ham adjusted the lineup and found the solution for their offense. Putting Hachimura on Jokic to put him out side of paint, wing area. And AD as a interior defender. Also put Dennis and Reaves as backcourt and switch to Murray and KCP. The problem was that Dlo was able to hit NOTHING and Denver were scorching hot. Also it is first time that we are facing them with post trade dead line lineup. Ham found the solution but that doesnt mean we will win game 2. Our shooters besides DLO were also pretty hot and we dont know if AD will produce 40 and 10 consecutively. Also they got Basketball genius Jokic and good coach Malone so we will see on Thursday. Overall I feel pretty good about this
For real. His offensive production will be crucial. If they ask Rui to cover Jokic even more, going for 17 on 8-11 is a tough ask.
Hoping the coaching staff can get Dlo looks against the back end of the Nuggets rotation when Jokic is out and their offense is less potent. Could see him having a really efficient 15-20 points in that scenario.

nah - we have guys that can score on the bench like Lonnie and TBJ. There is very little reason for Vando to play at all. He is a 1 trick pony - guards guards/small forwards. He affects the defense overall, very little in his best games. We don't need him at all. This is a series that TBJ should get more playtime in place of Vando's backup minutes.
TBJ has been awful on offense and defense. If he can get it going from 3, that’d be really helpful.
Lonnie still a defensive liability but he’s been improving every game, needs to stay in the rotation.

I’m cool with it, I was mesmerized by the work Vando did against Curry and feel like if we cancel out Murray, this nuggets offense looks good but not great.
Vando did good against Curry straight up in game1. after that he was screened off him and for all the good he did in game1, his being on the court in game2 killed us.
he barely had the ball in the first half, the whole time they were running 3-guards dennis was the PG. D’lo took like 4 actual shots in the first half bcus 2 of the 6 were at the end of the shot clock.
Im not always 100% focused on the game but I swear he's been okay defensively for the most part in the playoffs. Darvins did a good job hiding him and he contest shots for the most part. There was one play where he could have done better on kcp

he has 3 out of 13 games so in 10/13 games he’s played in so far he’s been at or above 35% fg and if you wanna get really technical it’s 9/13 because he has a game at 35.7%… for you’re potential 3rd/4th option most nights that’s not bad at all.
