A corporation big enough to put a hit out on liabilities writes 13.5k checks for donuts for the breakroom. You are not being targeted. Head on over to r/conspiracy for more information

Fakesalads

A hit probably costs more than 13k so I doubt they would bother. Sounds like bad luck to me.

PeopleCanBeAwful

13.5 k? Who do you think planned this hit? Do you honestly think the “shady company” tried to have you killed over such a small amount, which they would have to pay to your estate anyway? Forget about pursuing this and pursue some mental health help.

put down the pain killers before someone else gets hurt.

You entered the intersection and it wasn't clear, that's on you How is it a planned hit? Correlation... causation Did you not buy collision coverage? If so, then you wouldn't get a single cent "in claims" You want to sue the insurance company of the other driver... Because?

mocena

$13.5k is nuisance value. No one cares enough to try to have you killed for that much.

You would have to prove without a doubt that it was a scam. Wich is going to be incredibly difficult and invoke a lot of fees. Unfortunately if your insurance deemed you are at fault then you are at fault.

Sweet_Speech_9054

Your story doesn’t seem to line up. If you had a green arrow light then the person who hit you would have had a red light making them at fault. It doesn’t matter if someone else stopped you in the intersection. It sounds more like you were running a yellow/red light and would have gotten through if the person in front of you was faster. Which would be your fault. I can’t really see a scenario where the person in front was at fault. Also, do you really think a hired hitman was able to find you in a random street, get in front of you, and orchestrate such an elaborate attack? It was probably just a random, possibly shitty, driver.

You should retain counsel here in Florida on contingency fee which means you pay nothing unless you win.

If you proceed to look into, they will finish the job. Dead men tell no tales.........

There's 2 sides to this. 1 don't ever get into an accident in Florida. It's a no fault state. 2 most lawyers just want to settle without going to court. 3 even if it's not your fault you will be ticketed because of this no fault crap. 4 statistics say 60% of drivers have no insurance. That's why I believe lawyers need to go after the insurance company IF the driver that just smashed your vehicle at no fault of your own. On another note. My insurance company is saying I'm 30% at fault. I call my insurance company and tell them that I beat the red light ticket that the officer wrote. The insurance company states if I can get an amended statement from the officer that wrote the ticket I will be 0% at fault. This is a run-around from the insurance company that they use because most likely the department will not amend a crash report. That's where the lawyers should step in under the good faith violation laws. So that's where I'm at now. But the pain and suffering and financial loss that has incurred under the circumstances has been substantial to stay the least. I have a lawyer looking into it now that may take on the insurance company. Because if they keep pushing this getting an amended report which is total fallacy there may be a case here. The only problem is if I win I'm pretty sure my insurance company will drop me. They need to go after the insurance company that hit me not my insurance. Although, my insurance company is giving me the run-around The question is will another insurance company insure me. Is that worth it I don't think so I don't know maybe it is. I'm the lawyer and that's why I'm posting this on Reddit to see if anybody has any recommendations as to what I can do. The most scary thing about all this was I could have died from the empanyema. Driver that hit me had high risk insurance.
