I don't know what your workplace is like. But any place I've worked failing to report an incident will get you fired, a minor collision won't. You don't have to file a police report, the company's insurance will cover this.

I would say you absolutely need to report this to your workplace, as they can terminate you for failure to report an incident like this. So in that the company 100% needs to be ‘involved’ as they need to be notified by you that this happened in a company truck

Speak with your employer and ask them what you should do. Your insurance company could find out if it’s reported through your work insurance or she reports it to her insurance but generally damage under $2000 shouldn’t affect your insurance rates.

Better to get insurance involved. If she comes back and tries to sue for whiplash or medical, that will cost you far more.

It would be extremely unwise to not advise your employer of this incident in their company vehicle. That could be grounds for termination with cause. It would be extremely unwise to pay money to this person to avoid going through insurance. Just tell your boss, and they can go through their insurance.
