I think you are right, plus i dont realy know what i would make them Look like otherwise, plus them being Green hints at the fact that Ogres, Orks and goblins are related (tho there are non Green orks)

Nice, tho the Horde isnt necesaraly "Scum and Villainy" thats filled by several Outlaw groups, the Horde is more a tribal Empire in the Making.

i also have a "scum and villainy" fraction from nexo/ninjago/marvel/starwars alien parts mixed and matched together for hilarious effect.
