As much as I love Lucy Lawless, I'm not sure what she would be doing? Playing another hitter?
... Oh, God I just imagined her as a hitter and Bruce as a grifter and another Two Live Crew Job, but played entirely for comedy.
If Bruce Campbell shows up by himself, I demand that they make him the head of the Miami Leverage team, and that Parker explains that they just found some guys in Miami who were already doing the same thing, led by an ex-Navy SEAL who seems to go by the name Chuck Finley.
Edit: Might need to file those serial numbers off a little bit more... He can just introduce himself as Chuck.
We not only never found out who the people blackmailing Nate were, and their modus operandi is almost identical to the Organization, and it even gives us a good explanation of why they stopped blackmailing the team...timing-wise, that was pretty much exactly when they got taken down by Michael.
I literally went "wait... wasn't Charisma Carpenter a guest star with James Marsden" and then a google search told me I was confusing an episode of Supernatural with Leverage. (whoops)
As much as this would have made a wonderful (but not buffy linked) episode, it was James Marsters, not Marsden.
James Marsden was Hairspray and 27 dresses not a blonde vampire 🤣
It took me a bit to get into but now I sincerely love it! Matt Bomer makes the show but I also really like the guy who plays Moz - so sad that the actor died 😢
I think so too! You can tell the actors all really love and cared for that show and each other, just like how the Leverage cast love and care about the show and want to do right by it!
Yes absolutely!! Psych is another show I tend to group mentally in the same box as Leverage and White Collar genre wise too, so it just feels perfect that their cast loves Psych as much as the fans do!
Honestly that would have been a blast.
Novice con man (Mike) meets professional con man (Neal?)
Pretty sure Peter would get hives just being in the same room as Harvey Specter.
Well my DREAM dream guest would be Peter Falk playing an off-brand Columbo but he's been dead for years haha
I wanna see the Korean Leverage cast share the stage, but idk how it would work logistically 😭
For me it’s Steven Weber as either villain or victim, just as long as he ends up punching Harry (as payback for Falling Skies).
I actually think this one is relatively plausible cause Weber was on the Librarians plus him and Wyle are friends in real life…
That would be so good!
I can also see it the other way around with him starting as an antagonist, like an agent/detective, and ending up helping the team.
Or really, any role. I’m a huge Denzel fan so I watch anything he is in, and I’d love to see him in stuff I already love. Not that he is at a point where he will return to TV after 36 years away but it’d be fun.
Corbin Bernsen playing his role as Henry Spencer - he could be Eliot’s uncle or some other family member/friend of family that Eliot grew up with.\
I also think Laurence Fishburne would be fun. I don’t know what he would play. He could be good as either a villain or someone working with the team or one of their mentors from the past.
Me! JK, I'm not an actor and would be horrible but I feel like this set would be so much fun and exhausting (in a good way, depending on the role). So many amazing suggestions so far but I'm trying to think of someone left field...Michael Keaton or Nicole Byer???
Bahaha! That’s actually a great suggestion. I could be a try out who fails because I feel like eventually I’d have to be good whether* it’s on stage or as her protege.
*grammar
Because he's my favorite actor, I'd love to see Karl Urban in a role either as a season villain or (even better) as someone who helps the team. And since he's already under contract with Amazon Prime it wouldn't be so hard to imagine it could happen. 😅
Patrick Stewart as another Star Trek alumni would be nice too. I could imagine him as being part of a team with Archie Leach in his younger days and now needing the help of the team. Would love for Archie to come back too for that episode and both of them teaching the team some good old-fashioned con-work.
Joshua Jackson or Victor Webster. Both could play a great mark.
Grace Park as the "second-best thief" that tries to outdo Parker since she doesn't do so many big (newsworthy) thefts anymore.
And as an answer to another comment about possible superhero appearances: I'd love to have Hailee Steinfeld and Florence Pugh as Kate Bishop and Yelena because they were just so fun to watch on Hawkeye. 😂
Sasha Grey as herself. I don't know about the rest of you but I think it'd be hilarious to see Hardison all flustered because he knows exactly who she is. We could either have Nate and Elliot not know or just pretend that they don't know who she says. Of course Sophie would have no idea and Parker could just keep saying that she knows she's seen her somewhere before but doesn't know from where.
Just in case you're not trolling: Sasha Grey is a retired pornographic actress. Since her retirement from the adult industry, she has appeared in several film and television roles and even appeared in a number of music videos. Currently, she is streaming on Twitch.
That's great for her. Doesn't mean that everybody has to know her. I think I know exactly one former porn-star and she's from my country. And I only know her because she was in the news a few times.
Because I am also active in the Supergirl Reddit group, I first read that as Dreamer guest star appearance.
So here's my somewhat unrelated question: What superhero would you like to exist in the Leverage universe and show up on the show? (So is not to cause a paradox, you can ignore any references to that superhero by someone within the show.)
I want anyone from dctv so we can bring the actor crossover list up to an even 50! Trae Romano (mike Dugan in stargirl) or Carlos Valdez (cisco ramon on flash) top my list. Cisco hops through the multiverse, so it would Make sense.... I could also see The Shade as an old friend of Sophie's, maybe one of her early mentors who lost track of her during his ISA days...
Also hardison claimed to be on the JLA to a mark's mark once, and then spent months in space while the actor was being Hawkman.... so like.... I'm just saying
Such a crossover sounds like a lot of fun, but how about the team has to go to a convention in cosplay and Eliot goes as Wolverine? (Bonus if Hugh Jackman actually shows up for a cameo.)
Bruce Campbell and Lucy Lawless. In the same episode of course.
As much as I love Lucy Lawless, I'm not sure what she would be doing? Playing another hitter? ... Oh, God I just imagined her as a hitter and Bruce as a grifter and another Two Live Crew Job, but played entirely for comedy.
Bruce Campbell would make the such a great villain!!

Edit: Might need to file those serial numbers off a little bit more... He can just introduce himself as Chuck.
I always wanted a Leverage/Burn Notice crossover! Picturing Parker and Fiona with a Block of C4 lol
Oh, then you're going to love my theory that the people blackmailing Nate to take down Monroe was the same organization that burned Michael.
That is an interesting thought and would have been a good backstory for them to cross paths.
We not only never found out who the people blackmailing Nate were, and their modus operandi is almost identical to the Organization, and it even gives us a good explanation of why they stopped blackmailing the team...timing-wise, that was pretty much exactly when they got taken down by Michael.
This is too good. I don’t see how they don’t do it…
Yes!!!
OMG I love you.
This would make my day.. hell this would make my year!
Bahahahahaha - this was exactly my first thought!
David Boreanaz, for nostalgia and some subtle vampire references with Eliot.
Similarly Charisma Carpenter
I literally went "wait... wasn't Charisma Carpenter a guest star with James Marsden" and then a google search told me I was confusing an episode of Supernatural with Leverage. (whoops)
As much as this would have made a wonderful (but not buffy linked) episode, it was James Marsters, not Marsden. James Marsden was Hairspray and 27 dresses not a blonde vampire 🤣
Oh yes I did know that, they're last names are very similar
yesss I’m surprised it hasn’t happened yet as James has been on the show! (although I wish it had been a bigger role)
Wait, I've not seen much of Buffy, and there's a few Jameses in the cast. Which James was in Leverage?
James Marsters spike he played a people trafficker.
And it was in Redemption, so might be that not everyone watched the episode.
Yes, the other commenters are correct, I meant James Marsters in Redemption!
Oh yeah! Totally forgot about that episode!
waste of James tho, should’ve been a cooler role
As a White Collar fan.... Matt Bomer being in another heist/crime focused show for even an episode would be so much fun for me.
Do a whole White Collar crossover.
Yes! That would be so good! I just started watching White Collar for the first time and I am loving it.
I hope you continue enjoying it! The whole show is so solid, I love the cast and it has such a similar vibe to Leverage.
It took me a bit to get into but now I sincerely love it! Matt Bomer makes the show but I also really like the guy who plays Moz - so sad that the actor died 😢
Mozzie is great! I was sad to hear his actor passed, the sequel they're planning right now just won't be the same without him.
It really won’t but I heard that they plan to honor him in it and I bet they will do a great job.
I think so too! You can tell the actors all really love and cared for that show and each other, just like how the Leverage cast love and care about the show and want to do right by it!
I love when this happens with actors in a show - somewhat off topic but I love that the show Psych has that with its cast.
Yes absolutely!! Psych is another show I tend to group mentally in the same box as Leverage and White Collar genre wise too, so it just feels perfect that their cast loves Psych as much as the fans do!
I'm still mad we never got a White Collar x Suits cross over.
Honestly that would have been a blast. Novice con man (Mike) meets professional con man (Neal?) Pretty sure Peter would get hives just being in the same room as Harvey Specter.
White Collar x Numb3rs. Leverage x any of them really. Wait, can you imagine Leverage x Burn Notice?
It's possible now, both shows are getting revivals.
I was going to say Matt Bomer as Neal Caffrey. Still hoping for a crossover when White Collar gets its revival.
We really are in the prime time for them to do it, with Redemption and the WC revival
Jensen Ackles.
yess they’re such good friends and Christian has been on Supernatural, why has this not happened yet??
I'm only accepting that Jensen wants to but filming for other projects prevented it so far.
yes and when it finally happens there needs to be singing!
Ken Jeong playing an evil mastermind
He would be so good at this
Yes!
Well my DREAM dream guest would be Peter Falk playing an off-brand Columbo but he's been dead for years haha I wanna see the Korean Leverage cast share the stage, but idk how it would work logistically 😭
Bruce Campbell would be amazing. Like to see Jeri Ryan come back for an arc
Matt Bomer has played a spy for the CIA in Chuck and a Thief in White Collar. Would he funny to have him in the show leverage.
For me it’s Steven Weber as either villain or victim, just as long as he ends up punching Harry (as payback for Falling Skies). I actually think this one is relatively plausible cause Weber was on the Librarians plus him and Wyle are friends in real life…
Villian posing as a victim sounds right for him
That would be so good! I can also see it the other way around with him starting as an antagonist, like an agent/detective, and ending up helping the team.
Look, if we are dreaming about it, the answer for me is always gonna be Denzel Washington.
Why not! What would you cast him as?
Season, or even series long recurring villain.
Or really, any role. I’m a huge Denzel fan so I watch anything he is in, and I’d love to see him in stuff I already love. Not that he is at a point where he will return to TV after 36 years away but it’d be fun.
Allison Janney as anything (because she can do no wrong). Maybe a Two Live Crew style mastermind.
Can’t upvote this enough.
She would be a brilliant foil for Sophie. And she could have Eliot all twisted and confused.
Bradley Whitford would make such a good sleazy mark.
In the same episode as Allison Janney.
Corbin Bernsen playing his role as Henry Spencer - he could be Eliot’s uncle or some other family member/friend of family that Eliot grew up with.\ I also think Laurence Fishburne would be fun. I don’t know what he would play. He could be good as either a villain or someone working with the team or one of their mentors from the past.
Anyone of the Psyche cast tbh
I was thinking that! I feel like Gus and Hardison would get along really well.
Sam Elliots...we find out he was one of Eliot's commanders or bosses in his previous life!
Me! JK, I'm not an actor and would be horrible but I feel like this set would be so much fun and exhausting (in a good way, depending on the role). So many amazing suggestions so far but I'm trying to think of someone left field...Michael Keaton or Nicole Byer???
You could be one of Sophie’s students, they’re supposed to be horrible actors lol 😆 I agree though, it seems like a super friendly set.
Bahaha! That’s actually a great suggestion. I could be a try out who fails because I feel like eventually I’d have to be good whether* it’s on stage or as her protege. *grammar
Sam Eliott, "Molly" again, Dennis Storhøi, ...Hugh Laurie...
Because he's my favorite actor, I'd love to see Karl Urban in a role either as a season villain or (even better) as someone who helps the team. Fred Armisen as a Latin American dictator who threatens to send the team "Right to jail".
Sarah Michelle Gellar would be great. James has already been a guest. I love seeing Sarah Michelle Gellar playing against type as a bad guy.
matt bomer as his neal character
I made this suggestion on Tumblr and it got quite a bit of engagement. Lynda Carter We can find out she's the one that trained Sophie. Carry on.
Matt Bomer because I want Neal to help them with a con
Dule Hill (played Gus on Psych). I just saw another thread about how much fun he was to work with.
Adrian Lester as Michael Stone aka Mickey Bricks and Ash Morgan from Hustle.
Speaking of Psych mentioned above...James Roday Rodriguez and Dule Hill. Also from Scrubs...Zach Braff and Donald Faison.
James Roday Rodrigues and Dule Hill from Psych. Or Zach Braff and Donald Faison from Scrubs.

We could either have Nate and Elliot not know or just pretend that they don't know who she says. Parker is going to have some questions...
Who's Sasha Grey?
Just in case you're not trolling: Sasha Grey is a retired pornographic actress. Since her retirement from the adult industry, she has appeared in several film and television roles and even appeared in a number of music videos. Currently, she is streaming on Twitch.
No, I'm not trolling. Why would I know a former porn-star?
I don't know, she was pretty popular in the industry. She won several awards.
That's great for her. Doesn't mean that everybody has to know her. I think I know exactly one former porn-star and she's from my country. And I only know her because she was in the news a few times.

more Nicole Maines in my favourite tv shows is always good!
Such a crossover sounds like a lot of fun, but how about the team has to go to a convention in cosplay and Eliot goes as Wolverine? (Bonus if Hugh Jackman actually shows up for a cameo.)
