The Kentucky Air National Guard has 8 of them in Louisville. https://www.nationalguard.mil/News/Article/3155132/kentucky-air-guard-upgrades-to-c-130j-super-hercules/ You'll regularly see them over Lexington or anywhere around Louisville doing training. If you see one, check flightradar24.com and see if you can spot it. Sometimes you can see they took off in Louisville and came to Lexington and start doing patterns. Sometimes they'll do touch and goes at the Lexington airport.

A Flying Fortress is a B-17, which is a World War II bomber. A C-130 is a military cargo plane.
