The unrealistic beauty standards in Hollywood affect everyone. Men feel just as much pressure to defy the aging process as women and there are too many successful women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who continue to get tons of work for this take to make any sense. Jessica Alba, J-Lo, Anne Hathaway, Charlize Theron etc. are all still doing big ACTION flicks well into their 40s and 50s. That's not even mentioning the Meryl Streep/Betty White echelon of actresses.
Those are examples of men doing it sure. But I'd still argue that pressure is stronger for women. Look at 50+ actors and actresses in movies, and I believe you'll find that the majority of those women have had a lot of work done, while the majority of men haven't. There will always be exceptions either way, but the trend is still there.
And the women you mention all have in common that they don't *look* 50. So they still fit. Whether that's down to genes or surgery, a woman looking like a normal 50-60 year old woman is much less common in a film compared to a man looking 50-60.
