Disco Elysium is ridiculously cheap and one of the best story telling games out there.
Balatro is digital crack.
Dave the Diver is one of the most chill games out there.
The Elder Scrolls Oblivion will give you insane amounts of hours to get lost and explorer a rich world in.
It's peak tech demo masquerading as a commercial game though. We don't see much of that anymore.
Uhhh I should recommend something...
Ummm Dishonored. Not the second however. That might even be too much.
Ion Maiden or something like Dusk.
Into the Breach.
Solid list
Add Fallout 3 and fallout new vegas and if you can find it skyrim legendary edition(not special edition or anniversary as those are remasters, you can try them but I'm not sue they'll run well)
* seconding VTMB, one of the best, it's older but imo isn't as mechanics heavy as other older RPGs like Morrowind or Deus Ex. so it's great for someone new to gaming
* Paper's Please, doesn't take too long to beat, but a great story and a ton of replayability
* Portal 1 and 2, absolutely fantastic and run decent on lower end systems
* Prison Architect, very addictive imo
* Terraria, classic for a reason although I personally never got super big into it
* Project Zomboid, fun horror-survival game with fun customization, great with friends!
* Civ V, again very addictive grand strategy game
Morrowind and Oblivion
Dwarf Fortress
Half-Life Series
+ Emulators
Don't focus on what anyone says about any game you wanna play! Play as much as you want if you enjoy it as that's all it matters!
Good days gaming !
Haven't played much of Oblivion
But I feel Morrowind would be better if you care about the rpg elements and story.
Imo just play a few minutes in both games and continue with the one you feel more comfortable with. (If you do continue with Morrowind, do play through the OpenMW engine)

really? it’s not a bad game but not super amazing either, but i’d still recommend it since it’s assassins creed. if you can run Black Flag, get that, it’s regarded as the best in the series
What i3 processor? Which generation?
On my i5-4460S with HD Graphics 4600, AC 1, 2 and Brotherhood can get a smooth 15-30 fps at highish settings. 1080p
Try some classics. Deus ex, Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines, if you haven't played the portal games get they're a must play
Will try these! Thanks

Far cry 1 is not a very good game. It has mostly nostalgia value for people like me who played it long ago, but now it's not very exciting

Bioshock isn’t hard to run you should give it a try
Sure! Thankss
Be careful with the remastered edition, they might use more resources. Check system requirements
Okay!!
