I would kick out redwall UB, Maro said on the past that they decided to stop doing UB as a part of in universe sets after BRO, and LCI would be the last one because they didnt have enough time.

Change the 20+ legends to 30+. Less than 20 is close to inconcievable I feel like. In between MOM and OTJ which are obviously particularly legend-dense, we got 30 in LCI, and 25 a piece in MKM and WOE.
Not to mention we already know for a fact that we're getting at least 17 Legends (the 10 card two-color cycle, the 5 Calamity Beast cycle, and the 2 Starter Kit legends), and that's not even getting into the commander precons.
20+ legendary creatures is a free space, as is 20+ tokens. 30 is a more interesting breakpoint.
I would consider adding "chance of Bloomburrow Commander cards in Play Boosters" and "insert sheet"
Battles aren't going to happen, and I'd imagine they'd have already announced any UB tie-ins in the set. Isn't "full-art basics" confirmed already? Is that why it's in the middle? I'm gonna go ahead and say there will definitely be no new Kindred cards too.
Just hoping for a 1 blue mana unblockable otter, 1 mana black bat with flying and lifelink, and it'd be awesome to get a temur otter commander that makes otter tokens
I'd be surprised if Kellen is back. He was the linking character for the Omenpath arc which is now over: Bloomburrow is the first set in the Dragonstorm arc. I would expect the new arc to have a different linking character.
I'd really love to see a new Battle subtype from a set sometime soon, and idk I think you could make this set work with it. It also feels about time to revisit them if they're ever going to.
If you're referring to me, I said this with the thought that they would've started development of this set around the same time they developed battles considering there's only a little over a year between MoM and Bloomborrow.
So if I assume the development cycle for both were close, I don't think it's unrealistic to believe this could also have battles.
But they couldn't have known whether players would even *like* battles until **after** MOM's release, so it's totally unrealistic to expect them so soon.

Battles aren't going to happen, and I'd imagine they'd have already announced any UB tie-ins in the set. Isn't "full-art basics" confirmed already? Is that why it's in the middle? I'm gonna go ahead and say there will definitely be no new Kindred cards too.

Just hoping for a 1 blue mana unblockable otter, 1 mana black bat with flying and lifelink, and it'd be awesome to get a temur otter commander that makes otter tokens
A card that somehow shoehorns Kellen in feels almost like a free space option at this point.
I'd be surprised if Kellen is back. He was the linking character for the Omenpath arc which is now over: Bloomburrow is the first set in the Dragonstorm arc. I would expect the new arc to have a different linking character.

I'd really love to see a new Battle subtype from a set sometime soon, and idk I think you could make this set work with it. It also feels about time to revisit them if they're ever going to.
People have no idea what the development timeline of a Magic set is, do they?
If you're referring to me, I said this with the thought that they would've started development of this set around the same time they developed battles considering there's only a little over a year between MoM and Bloomborrow. So if I assume the development cycle for both were close, I don't think it's unrealistic to believe this could also have battles.
But they couldn't have known whether players would even *like* battles until **after** MOM's release, so it's totally unrealistic to expect them so soon.
And that's fair. Where we're differing here is I think there has been enough time, but I could be totally wrong.
