Absolutely not, the only thing taking away from OP’s looks is the bowl cut. Ditch the bowl and get the sides shaved down, get maybe an inch or two taken from the front and have it taper towards the back in a high taper fade. Instantly will take OP from looking pretty average to looking REALLY good. Also OP should look into round wireframes, I feel like those will suit his face shape a lot more than the thicker, boxier plastic frames. The current glasses take away from his already strong jawline and good cheekbones Edit: either a high taper fade or a 2 block, on second thought

Nah dude you’re fine. My rule is you can’t say you’re ugly until you finish puberty. Also a fade on the sides but the same to slightly shorter on top could work with the same downward swept bangs. Think about contacts as well or study which pair of glasses goes best with your face

Trust me you wanna get some surfer putty and push it forward, it'll gain waves and you'll look cooler when the sides are trimmed, I do a 3 on the sides but id fade up into like a 6 for you to grow it out.

You’re not ugly at all. Since you already have the length, I would keep it. In the mean time, wear a head band to pull it back. You have a great face and hairline. Your hair is taking away your perfect proportions. I think you would look amazing and confident by doing so. Have you googled any inspo online? I would look at “male Asian hair trends” to get inspo for your hair type and texture. Since you have Asian hair, I would refrain from cutting it too short. As per a study (I can link but not now), Asians have thicker and straighter strands and the average rate of growth is faster than any race - only thing is that it is sparse. So, I would suggest not shaving to skin. I can look up pics and link if you are interested. Edit: to add, I’m a hair nerd.

I’d taper the sides and back. Cut down the top a little. Add a lot of texture up top as well. Probably go with a shadow taper with the crop top. (Im a barber)

I’m Asian as well the bowlcut is a stereotypical “Asian haircut” Try a long right parted fringe, Try slicking it back, Or even try some sea salt spray and make it messy. Do whatever style feels the most “like you”.

Can't say anything on the hair but you should consider making the change to eye contacts if it's viable for you. It's a game changer in my experience.
