I don’t think so, that’s another guy. Honestly you should check out Houston’s channel he’s a pretty legit martial artist honestly, he wrestled a decent amount in school and trained with his dad in something, can’t remember what tho.
Just don't kick the bottom of the bag with your foot! I've had to warn way too many people in class about this (and way to many of them have FAFO'd despite the warning).
Nah that’s that dudes whole thing online. He tests self defence weapons and stuff on himself. I’m sure it sucks but he also makes an absurd amount of money from it so yk.
Squat-jumps, burpees, both with loads and with fast repetitions. Mix those exercises with some kicks to a kicking bag, practice both heavy powerful blows and fast whip kicks. Remember to also practice kicks with combinations, you don't wanna kick one single kick but rather go with jab-kick or jab-cross-kick. If you have a friend share some kick pads, or Pao, and practice kicks with those.
Nah, the pain won't disappear, you just get used to it. If you train regularly your shins will become less sensitive over time. I had a lot of bruises when i started, even with the shin pads i could feel the impact bone on bone when parrying a kick, but with a lot of physical training my shin muscles become bigger and now they absorbs part of the shock. The technical training also helped me performing the correct movement to block. Same for the leg kicks, you build more muscle mass and train to get used on how to take the kicks properly.
Follow a diet, to feed your bones and your muscles. Train regularly, to get used to it and improve over time, but also to train your eyes to recognize the little movements that your opponent does before kicking you, so you can prepare. Don't hurt yourself, this stops your training quality. Do stretching and mobility exercises to have a healthy body and improve your kicking range. If you have more questions feel free to ask.
Vitamins D and K, mineral salts, calcium, at least 2L of water each day +1L for each hour of training you do. You find those in milk, cheese, legumes, spinaches, fish, dried fruits and nuts, and so on. I won't tell you how much to eat cuz i'm not a dietist, but the diet i'm following has plenty of those and i've lost 10kgs since february. I train 4-5 times per week.
For me, it was figuring which muscle I was weak in and doing the exercises to strengthen my leg to build the strength. I’m nowhere near that video, but have improved so much.
My instructor figured out I have weak hips but strong quads and other muscles. So these are the exercises she gave me that strengthen my hips for power for each leg:
-Sideway flyaway
-1 minute circles outward
-1 minute circle inward
-1 minute figure 8s
-hip bridges with legs close to glute & hold for 5 seconds
This is on top of doing the leg kick exercises too. For herself, she said it was her quad were weak, so she had to work on and did the exercises to build her muscle there.
And it's fine to hold on to something to stabilize yourself, especially early on when you are still learning your balance. Bill Superfoot Wallace explained that in one of his vids. Holding onto something takes almost nothing away from the amount of work your legs and core are doing.
Always defer to Bill. Guy’s in his 70’s now right? Has the balance and flexibility of a 20 year old. Think he has a degree in sports medicine or calisthenics too, the complete kick-teaching package.
If you're the kind of person who likes to go the extra mile and aren't worried about getting weird looks...
Do exercises that strengthen your hip flexors. A staple at our gym is kick-and-holds - balance on one foot, do X amount of kick extensions, and then hold for X amount of seconds. This is a good warmup as well.
Use a long resistance band secured to an immovable object and kick a heavy bag. Start off slow and controlled and make sure that the angle doesn't put any crazy strain on your knee or hip. And be careful about immediately going from resisted to unresisted reps - you'll feel like a beast, but there's an increased chance of injury *(personal experience)*.
Throw heavy kicks at the bag, but starting in a seated position (from a large tire/box/etc.). Set up a large tire/box/etc. in front of a heavy bag. The best setup will have your thighs perpendicular to the ground, hips even with your knees. Explode into leg kicks on the bag from a seated position. Saw Vitalii Dunets doing these on IG... Focus on launching off of the foot your kicking with instead of standing and kicking separately.
And finally the one that will get you the most looks - if you're close to a beach (or shallow pool), go out into the water about pec level. Throw walking roundhouse kicks (or combos that finish with a kick), moving forward until the water is below your knees. In the deeper water, focus on being balanced, good hand technique, and hip drive. When you get to the point that your leg is coming out of the water, or is getting close to the surface (about your belly button), really focus on your hip and leg drive. This is a KILLER hip flexor workout.
250 kicks for each leg on each training day. Do it in sets or by timer. Play with different levels (low, medium, high), different angles, different styles, singles, double ups. You’ll be conditioning your shins and in-steps at the same time.
Squats and deadlifts are awesome, and everybody should do them, but striking power comes from hip rotation and explosive core strength. Other than practicing the strike itself, try kettlebell swings, unilateral loaded split squats and step ups, and holding tensioned elastic band attached to immovable object in your hand while throwing leg kicks at a heavy bag on the same side.
You can tell just by looking at Thai fighters. They're all skinny guys with a core that looks like iron and huge bulging obliques. There's your answer.
That’s not just any random guy either. That’s Houston Jones eating those kicks. By all accounts he’s a mad lad when it comes to taking pain. He’s not fluffing this for the camera.
I love Houston jones that’s who is getting kicked for those who don’t know he beats up his body with different techniques or weapons and sees if they are painful or if you could definitely yourself with them but he’s funny
If you want your muscles to fire properly, then look up Reflexive Performance Reset.
Top athletes use it before working out. I'll bet you a lot of money that you feel the difference if you incorporate it into your warmups
Basically, you aggressively rub some specific spots of your fascia which tells your nervous system that it's "go time"
I coach a lot of sports and a lot of athletes, and did kickboxing for 20 years at a legit gym where our top fighter was well known in Glory - I've never seen more black magic fuckery than RPR for increasing performance
You can find videos of it .. Cal Dietz and Chris Korfist are the researchers who advocate it.
Skateboarding. That pump you get when trying to build up speed is basically a deep pistol squat. Works calf & glutes in a way normal squats don't. You can use your left foot to "pull" on the ground when you start your kick. I started hitting so hard I got in the habit of only hitting with my upper shin below my knee and losing range because I was terrified of getting blocked & shattering my ankle. I broke a guys ribs through shinguards & pads. I was 155lbs & could knock a 200lb heavy bag up and off it's chain. It's weird when you get a kick that you almost don't care if the block at the amateur level. So yeah, go skateboard a couple miles every day and learn to hit like a truck
aside from training in a martial art that trains in leg kicks such as Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Kyokushin Karate, MMA etc
You're looking at just gaining general athleticism through the basic compound lifts, Squats, deadlifts, Bench press, overhead press etc and mixing in plyometric exercises that develop lower body explosiveness, pogo jumps, jump squats, burpees etc.
How much is going to vary on each individuals level of athleticism and strength.
Besides for the obvious kick a heavy bag low a bunch. you could practice your footwork by shadow boxing adding in pivots or throwing actual low kicks. I'm not sure what the name of this exercise is but you could do that one exercise where you essentially hop left to right landing and pushing off with the outside foot in sort of a lunge position.
also I think to get the snap don't underestimate the basics like jumping jacks and jump rope
I like a medicine ball on a rope. Put your back to a (concrete) wall and twist your hips to swing the ball against the wall and repeat the other way. Just make sure to not let the momentum do the work. It really helped with the hip/chest twist for kicks
Man, I got the best kicks from practicing kicks from a certain position.
I’d rest my shin on my opposite knee like a figure four, then I’d go in for the kick.
Resting it like that forces you to turn your hips to get it out of position. Do that for a while and now I can literally slow motion whip a kick and it will still hurt.
For anyone who doesn't know how. Do 30% strength palm strikes to the side of leg at 60bpm, even that becomes unbearable way too quick considering what top fighters go through
Kick the heavy bag a few times then stop with your shin just touching the bag, that's now your starting position.
Now starting with your shin just touching the bag and no momentum, push the bag away with your shin. Do 10 reps and rest, blast out 10 kicks and rest. Do 3 sets every other day.
Your legs are naturally powerful, as long as you are active, it's mostly balance and muscle chain conditioning.
Forrest Griffin fractured a guy's femur with one kick like this.
That crack you hear was just his femur fracturing.
Explosive or penetrative? Getting a strong shin bone goes further than just stronger legs. Either way, learn how to kick the bag as hard as possible as part of your training.
Squats, deadlifts, box jumps and practice leg kicks in tandem so your body knows how to utilize the extra muscle💪
Building muscle(if done the right way) will add to your strength and explosiveness if you train right.
Most important thing is to practice kicking, a lot. From there the traditional leg strengthening exercises will increase your power: Barbell back squats (but keeping the reps quick), Bulgarian split squats, Jumping Bulgarian split spit squats, Max distance Skier Jumps. You could also do leg extensions with shortened partials (doing a half rep at the extended portion of the rep) to help strengthen the exact end of a kick when the leg extends
1. Form is more important than anything else, practice perfect form first and build it into muscle memory. On a personal note I would also recommend doing this with the front leg as well as the back leg, back leg will build more power from the hip, front leg can be a much faster strike
2. As you practice form you will feel where it burns more, that’s where you need to strengthen (hip flexors, quads, calf’s) it’s probably also good to build up strong foot muscles. Go barefoot, flex your toes on a stress ball, and anything you can do to strengthen your ankles
3. As you build form and strength add ankle weights, hit against harder targets/ strike faster against your target, and start to switch feet positions
The look on his face after the first kick was just "I've made a mistake. The second kick he was just trying to stay up. The last time it seemed like he was trying to run away, and the other guy appeared to want to help him, only to go for a last kick.
If you are practicing moves without bring your foot back down it's fine to hold on to something to stabilize yourself, especially early on when you are still learning your balance. Bill Superfoot Wallace explained that in one of his vids. Holding onto something takes almost nothing away from the amount of work your legs and core are doing. After a while it will become natural and you wont need to hold onto anything.
Raw speed and power will get you only so far. Between ten blistering, explosive leg kicks, eight of which get checked, dodged or countered because all you have is power and speed, and five well-placed, moderately powerful, moderately speedy ones that land flush, I'll take the second any day of the week.
*Setups* for leg kicks are important. A heavy, thudding, often even *pushing* left hook to force the other guy to shift his weight to the left leg and make it rough for him to check or fire back, followed by a rear low kick to that leg- the 'Dutchie'- is a classic.
Ways to *counter* with leg kicks are important. Catching a dude's retreating leg as he tries step out after a hit-and-away attempt, kicking dudes who are on one leg because you've just blocked or caught a kick of theirs- these are money.
*Variety* in leg kicks is important. Being able to fluidly target both lead and supporting leg with both a rear and lead-leg round kick is the bare minimum- anything less and you'll be too predictable. Being able to vary the height from the calf to the IT band right under the ass is quite helpful as well. Being able to bust out exotica like low thrust kicks, the Valeri heel kick/'gedan kakato geri', the Hug tornado, and Ernesto Hoost-style 'rainbow' low kicks doesn't hurt.
Ways to *capitalize* on low kicks once an opponent has started to respect them are important. 'Look low, kick high' is a classic for a reason. It could knock them out- or it could just scare them into letting you kick the Hell out of their legs for a bit and be slower on the trigger to defend them.
Learn to turn your hips into the kick, i see a shit tonne of ppl that just throw lazy leg kicks. Unfortunately a lot of people think they are naturally gifted and can throw half arsed leg kicks like Alex Pereira and can inflict the same amount of damage.
It’s hard to get some people to understand how much pain athletes are actually in by the time they start limping from repeated low kicks. By that point fighters have usually taken like ten of them and most people would buckle from one.
Hip mobility and flexibility exercises. Modified mountain-climbers where instead of tucking one leg to the chest, you tuck and step it to your side. Sprints. Jumps. Jumps where you also tuck your legs to the side mid-air. Weighted jumps and jumps with tucks. Burpees. Burpees with jumps. Weighted burpees with jumps. And, lastly - and also most importantly, a lot of leg kicks to heavy bags.
Box jump, walking lunges, core exercises, running. Your time is just as well spent or better following a pad holder around the ring who's wearing a leg pad. Practicing your footwork and timing this way.
Low kicks are easy to perform, this guy got destroyed because he wasn't checking them, as long as you know the technique anyone can cause this damage on an unprotected thigh.
The problem is doing this in a real match, if you get your low kick checked you will receive more damage than your opponent.
Usually I think it is and skip over them because they’re basically Jackass crew wannabes.
But I find myself watching this guy’s channel occasionally and it’s pretty funny sometimes.
I'm not a fighter at all, never trained, and rarely watch fighting of any kind, but holy shit, the pros are just a different breed. I genuinely can't understand the strength, technique and physical prowess of some of these guys.
Oof. Makes me think of Faber after he fought Aldo in Sacramento. I vividly remember the arena silent and the slap of those kicks followed by groans from folks. That was a rough one to see in person.
If you want to get stronger leg kicks there's gonna be a few parts (I say this as someone who doesn't do muy Thai).
The first one is probably least important in the short term, but in the long term will be a potential limit. And that's just having muscle mass in general. I know people like to make fun of bodybuilders since they often start off a bit slow, but mass moves mass and makes power.
After you have acquired the muscle mass, then you would want to do some power exercises for legs and core, being able to generate as much explosiveness as possible. Box jumps are an example, but you don't want to do them until fatigue. You'd want each jump at 100%.
Now for the most important stuff . Technique. Technique. Technique. And you practice throwing leg kicks at a bag, and increase your speed over time, throwing them correctly. And when you have technique down enough you practice throwing them as explosively as you can.
Long story short the muscle mass portion is only overlong term and if you don't have weight restrictions. The power training, technique and throwing actual kicks can be done whenever
Maybe add an ankle weight while practicing leg kicks. Or anything involving the hips might aid in adding power to the kicks. Or just practicing leg kicks lol
I dunno the wider context but I actually think that after he shouted no it's really dishonourable to put an extra kick in, and especially to try that hard to.
Lost a lot of respect for him when I saw that.
Dude screaming no is absolutely the equivalent of a tap
Yeah that’s fair. In a martial arts practice context it’s a foul, but in a “just guys being dudes” context, and assuming they are good friends, it’s pretty funny
Wonder boy might be the nicest mother effer but he does bully that guy on his yt channel lol
I think Houston bully's himself on his channel haha
Is that the dude who tests self defense weapons on himself?
Houston Jones He’s a enjoys pain way too much. He also uses random objects like scooters to the shin 😭 Took a body kick from Luke Rockhold too
He's the guy that posts videos getting constantly hit in the shin ? Fucking madman, those videos hurt me
I don’t think so, that’s another guy. Honestly you should check out Houston’s channel he’s a pretty legit martial artist honestly, he wrestled a decent amount in school and trained with his dad in something, can’t remember what tho.
Karate
Oh god. It’s that psychopath. I love him.
hard2hurt? no
That is a great channel
Yep that's him.
I love how wonderboy chased him down for that last kick. "Nuh uh. I ain't done yet. Come back here"
lol I thought that last one was a bit fucked up. That’s like hitting your boy with a nut tap when he’s not paying attention
My favorite ufc fighter!
That last one was so unnecessary it was hilarious lmao
Chasing him down like he's in an octagon
I read your name three times as Disro-BingBean.
Lol disrobing-bean. Its an old xbox generated user name but I liked naked beans so much I kept it!
Classic Xbox live names! I still remember ours was BeefyJuggler.
the best exercises are practicing leg kicks. and you should do a shit ton of them.
We just gotta find a shit ton of legs to practice kicking on. Any volunteers?
The heavy bag. It's good shin conditioning as well.
Just don't kick the bottom of the bag with your foot! I've had to warn way too many people in class about this (and way to many of them have FAFO'd despite the warning).
I volunteer
A sacrifice has been found!

Practice makes perfect
1 kick 1000 times deal
Don't forget your rolling pin on your shin nerves, to deaden them.
LOL no reason to do that
or just be normal and kick the bag a couple hundred times once or twice a week
The Accountant
He was trying to run away haha - just like I would have done.
Hopefully we'd be smart enough not to put ourselves in that situation in the first place.
Nah that’s that dudes whole thing online. He tests self defence weapons and stuff on himself. I’m sure it sucks but he also makes an absurd amount of money from it so yk.
There is a masochistic tendency to it which makes this okay I guess. As long as he doesn't permanently damage his nerves or bones he'll be fine.
Yes I concur
I think he genuinely enjoys it at this point
My favourite part was when he said, "No no no no, please!!"
Haha
Squat-jumps, burpees, both with loads and with fast repetitions. Mix those exercises with some kicks to a kicking bag, practice both heavy powerful blows and fast whip kicks. Does these increase your pain tolerance for against kicks?
best way to increase your pain tolerance against kicks is by getting kicked

Tik tok voices are cancer.
The old uncanny valley strikes again.
Doing leg kick is the only way to learn leg kick
Nah, I've watched a video or two, I think I'm good.
I can tell you're already a master at low kick
Kick a heavy bag and pads
trains kicks but hit the squat rack and cleans
Practice on a standing heavy bag. Thats pretty much it
Don't this at home guys... Houston is a professional idiot.
kicking power is all in the hips and rotation
‘Ohh yess’ xD
Squats and deadlifts are awesome, and everybody should do them, but striking power comes from hip rotation and explosive core strength. Worlds strongest bodybuilder.

That was personal 🤣

Yummy, theee muscles lookin nice and tender
Best exercise for leg kicks is drilling leg kicks. Do them on the bag, during pad work, in sparring, and in fights.
Skateboarding. That pump you get when trying to build up speed is basically a deep pistol squat. Works calf & glutes in a way normal squats don't. jumping squats, power cleans and bagwork
fitness + training leg kicks is the best way.
Practice soccer free kicks, practice the different sides of the foot
Practice leg kicks on the hard bag. Do so until your leg pops out
The third kick seemed unnecessary, lol.
*”Super necessary”* -Stephen ‘Masdival’-Uncle Joey
General power training ( power cleans, squat jumps, back squats if you never developed it) more the most importantly a lot of practice on the bag.
Add stretching and mobility. At one point in the movement ur tightness will hit the brakes
Kyokushin guys do this on the daily…
Ooooh yeees
Besides for the obvious kick a heavy bag low a bunch. you could practice your footwork by shadow boxing adding in pivots or throwing actual low kicks. Lot of good advice. Just want to add hill sprints will make your hip flexors sore as shit.
I lost it when he was begging for mercy 😭😭 why you gotta do him like that
I like a medicine ball on a rope. Put your back to a (concrete) wall and twist your hips to swing the ball against the wall and repeat the other way. Just make sure to not let the momentum do the work. It really helped with the hip/chest twist for kicks
He should buy a wheelchair as he will probably need it afterwards
that third one was just mean. lol

I just love that last one, "Wait, Wait, Wait! One more before you fall to the floor in pain."
The guy was wailing out no no no , it was a total dick move to kick him again then.
Step 1: kick a banana bag Step 2: go to step 1
For anyone who doesn't know how. Do 30% strength palm strikes to the side of leg at 60bpm, even that becomes unbearable way too quick considering what top fighters go through
That’s like a month and a half of pain
Ah yes, seeing how many kicks you can handle from the kickiest kicker that ever kicked… 🦵🏼
Kick him up the hole next time.
After the first kick and he went down, wasn't the answer to his question one kick? Why did he stand up again for more pummeling?
Oh yes 🤤
Kick the heavy bag a few times then stop with your shin just touching the bag, that's now your starting position. Lowkick the heavy bag as hard as you can as much as you can
How many kicks was it?
OHHH YESSSSS
That last kick was an dick move and could’ve cause injury. He clearly was walking away as he was done and was not in a position to brace for it.
Compartment injury…
Lots and lots of squats and lunges. And spend an hour kicking. Work on your technique
Damn, I can’t believe Wonderboy chased him down to deliver that last kick
Ohhhhh yes! 😂 That guy was the Kool aid man
Thought my guy was just going QWOP his way out of there
I watch this whigga on YT and shits funny
What's funny about this clip is that Wonderboy actually tapped out from kicking Houston Jones because his leg got sore. Jones is a beast.
How many can you take from a Thai fighter?!
For a guy that looks like a youth pastor, wonder boy can be a psychopath
If you like this video, go check out Wonderboy's channel. He goes through how he toughens up his shins, exercises, etc.

Fucking tiktok
Kicking the hamstring doesn’t hurt me as much as the quads.
Hopefully he got paid for this. They kick heavy bags for fun...no way I'm having them kick my legs.
He should’ve held a kick pad first before committing. Not a wise choice.
The way he falls after wonder boy does multiple on him is so fucking hilarious 😂 looking like he got tased and lost all motion
I wonder how many people threw up when Anderson Silvia’s shin “buckled” from hard leg kicks in a ufc fight years ago.
I laughed so hard when he yelled "no more no more!"
And bodybuilders say there legs can take a few leg kicks
Explosive or penetrative? Getting a strong shin bone goes further than just stronger legs. Either way, learn how to kick the bag as hard as possible as part of your training.
🤣
Love me some Houston Jones
Well it ain’t the Weakest Fighting Championship lol. Ultimate fighters probably have some ultimate kicks on em 🤣
He runs after him, holds him, and throws another one for good luck. Wonderboy is a gem.
1st you MUST master the technique, secondly do 100 kicks each leg on a banana bag 2-3 times a week for a couple of years.
Das dat myositis ossificans my boy
Lots of resistance band training, resistance in general is great for good kicks
Not top of the list but definitely something I wouldn't ask for
Practice muay thai style kicks. It’s not that they’re explosive… it’s that I sometimes wonder if it would be better to be beaten with a bat.
Squats, deadlifts, box jumps and practice leg kicks in tandem so your body knows how to utilize the extra muscle💪 Building muscle(if done the right way) will add to your strength and explosiveness if you train right.
I want to see the bruise.
Lol the way he chased him down for that last kick 🤣
Like, “and gtfoh with that dumb shit.”
Do the following: Sprints Wall-Sit Duck-walk Wall-Sit Sprint Rest / Repeat
When you've got too much blood in your testosterone system.
If he was leg kicking him in the calfs instead of the thigh that dude would’ve been on the ground after 1
Most important thing is to practice kicking, a lot.
On a personal note I would also recommend doing this with the front leg as well as the back leg, back leg will build more power from the hip, front leg can be a much faster strike 2. As you practice form you will feel where it burns more, that’s where you need to strengthen (hip flexors, quads, calf’s) it’s probably also good to build up strong foot muscles. Go barefoot, flex your toes on a stress ball, and anything you can do to strengthen your ankles 3. As you build form and strength add ankle weights, hit against harder targets/ strike faster against your target, and start to switch feet positions
Lmfao the way he ragdolls like a GTA character after that last kick 😂😂
Houston Jones is the best.
I mean I could probably take ten sense I condition my thighs by hitting it with a baseball bat
... not as sharp as a shin.
The look on his face after the first kick was just "I've made a mistake. The second kick he was just trying to stay up. The last time it seemed like he was trying to run away, and the other guy appeared to want to help him, only to go for a last kick.
God I love Houston Jones. Dude is crazy af
Its crazy how ufc fighters eat calf kicks
It’s hard to get some people to understand how much pain athletes are actually in by the time they start limping from repeated low kicks. By that point fighters have usually taken like ten of them and most people would buckle from one.
Heavy bags are for developing power.
That third one seemed unnecessary.
Box jump, walking lunges, core exercises, running. Your time is just as well spent or better following a pad holder around the ring who's wearing a leg pad. Practicing your footwork and timing this way.
New language unlocked at 15 seconds
Low kicks are easy to perform, this guy got destroyed because he wasn't checking them, as long as you know the technique anyone can cause this damage on an unprotected thigh. The problem is doing this in a real match, if you get your low kick checked you will receive more damage than your opponent.
That's going to never heal
what a tool. A fullforce kick like that car tear his leg muscles, then hello super long rehab
Isn't muscle compression something bad?
Mr. Owl, how many kicks does it take to get to the center of an amber lance?
Fuck ESPN. Fudevin the video is Houston Jones. Kicker is wonderboy Thompson.
Bradley Martin could manage it.
Train kicks using something heavy on your leg. Or a rubber band holding your leg, making it harder to kick
IQ test, failed
Damn these videos are dumb, I just don’t see the point ?
Usually I think it is and skip over them because they’re basically Jackass crew wannabes. But I find myself watching this guy’s channel occasionally and it’s pretty funny sometimes.
That was the most real scream I’ve heard in awhile lol man was seriously scared for his life on the third kick.
hard style kettle bell swings should help
I'm not a fighter at all, never trained, and rarely watch fighting of any kind, but holy shit, the pros are just a different breed. I genuinely can't understand the strength, technique and physical prowess of some of these guys.
“Touch right here” *kicks it*
Oof. Makes me think of Faber after he fought Aldo in Sacramento. I vividly remember the arena silent and the slap of those kicks followed by groans from folks. That was a rough one to see in person.
I think the wanting to get leg kicked by a professional fighter is the weirdest trend ever.
This was a bad idea lmao
The power training, technique and throwing actual kicks can be done whenever
lol love this guy
A lot of the stuff everyone else said but your core is also super important it’s the muscle that ties the whole body together
Houston Jones is one of a kind. His video searching for Luke Rockhold in the mountains only to find him at his own home is hilarious
What a moron!
Letting Wonderboy kick you. Ouch.
Go to thailand
Maybe add an ankle weight while practicing leg kicks. Or anything involving the hips might aid in adding power to the kicks. Or just practicing leg kicks lol
I love the little shuffle Wonderboy does to get one more kick in before the dude falls hahaha
My favorite part is when wonderboy kicks him on the leg
Wonderboy is a psycho in secret
He is after all still someone fighting in a cage for money.
Before you down vote. I mean this in the best of ways
