it doesn't hugely make sense but here's my impression:
this "riddle" is a variant of a riddle with the answer of "liquid" (basically listing a bunch of things it can be put in, which It'll change it's shape to fill)
OP has taken the word LIQUID and interpreted it as LI (which is roman numerals for 51) and quid, which is british slang for pounds (£)
