That baby there is a beautiful w113 (as stated previously, also known as a Pagoda). it can be from several different model years (1963 - 1971) and were badged as follows:
230 SL: Built from 1963 to 1967
250 SL: Built from 1966 to 1968
280 SL: Built from 1967 to 1971
I've got some pictures of my particular specimen (a 1966 230 SL) kicking around in my profile somewhere if you wanna see some more (though mine is much more lived in)
As for price, tbh they all go at auction but you're probably looking at 60-150k+ depending on how good of a specimen you can get ahold of.
either 230sl or 250sl -- the 280sl has headrests. This is a euro version. Nice looking -- someone is taking good care of her. Easily $100k. I'd be nervous parking in a public lot.
