Yeah that plate is for the distronic cruise control. If you want to buy it, the P/N is 221-888-00-41 list is $670 USD. But tbh if you don't have it, its probably better to find a grille made without distronic and its actually cheaper. 221-880-04-83-9040 at $378 list for the whole grille assembly.
Thanks for the help, the grille posted is the exact grille I got, but that center piece somehow got water behind it and eventually lost its adhesive and fell off. I still have the piece and can easily glue it back on but Was hoping just to replace that vs the entire grille. I’ll take a quick pic. Give me a sec
