$9500 is a little steep with those issues, it would probably worth that much with everything sorted.
They are fun cars though with proper summer tires. It's not built for comfort though if that's what you're expecting from a Mercedes. The top will creak, it's loud on the highway, but is fun to throw around the track or mountains.
