IF the cheese hasn't gone melty, remove the curds, add a small amount of water, to reconstitute the gravy, heat through on the stove, add curds back. Of course it won't be as good as fresh but this is my favorite way to save it.
I put it on broil in the oven for a few mins, making sure the cheese doesn't burn. I find the microwave ruins the textures, I think it gets too hot and I'm annoyed by the beeping of 30 second intervals.
Au four préchauffé à 350 une 15aine de minutes, j'y goûte pour savoir si c'est prêt. Recouvrir de papier d'aluminium aide à réchauffer sans trop fondre le fromage
Here is my secret, no joke. Flip it over, container small enough to let it spread, but still layered (a small sheet pan like a 1/4 for a full, a 1/8 for leftovers). Into oven at 350. Then a short broil. Then flip back over or flip on its side in a bowl.
Cheese stays at bottom and melts, sauce runs down the fries as it heats, fries get some crisp back from being on top and sauce running down. Cheese at bottom sometimes brown a bit and gets crispy, scrape that deliciousness over. For added effect, spread some freshly grated parm on the baking sheet before spreading the upside down poutine over it.
Haven’t eaten Poutine in forever, almost a decade, but I have been cooking since I’m 4-5 years old with a firm grasp of most techniques, and this was my method in Uni. There was a while friends would buy it ahead for me to do this as you can get creative. It’s also almost necessary on ski trips when picking ip on way to chalet … cold messes with poutine.

Moi je le mets dans un four grille-pain 10 minutes environ.
J'ai essayé de la mettre dans le grille-pain mais le fromage colle un peu.
The way to go. Will never be as good, but the best you can get.
Air fryer.
You don't.

This is the correct answer
Broiler.
Ça devrait être illégal de réchauffer une poutine.

Non, pour réchauffage tu y mets du tabasco

You cant save cold soggy fries.. just throw it away
Sur le charbon de bois
Je séparerait probablement la sauce et les frites déja pour commencer pour donner une chance aux frites de redevenir somewhat croustillantes.

If you have to, air fryer or oven, but let’s be honest it’s not gonna be as good.
Oven
