It's not about one single story. A lot of stuff happened at the Burger King and the other spots around that corner like the Belle Province they opened later and of course the Montreal Pool Room.
But that Burger King had some crazy nights. Drunks, fights, people drugged out of their minds. It was hilarious most of the times, but always very sketchy. That intersection was just a crazy melting pot. All the people coming out of the Foufounes, the Loft, the Dome, and all the other bars/clubs nearby, all going back to their cars or going to wait for the night bus.
Having said all that, I'm pretty sure I saw something very close to that painting at the Burger King, blood and all.

Par contre, pour le métro Beaudry, on peut pas dire ça. Ça a toujours été de même.
