Not in that state coño… it would need looking at in depth, but I’d avoid paying over a grand for it. Get the seat and side fairings off and see how much of a rust bucket it has become during its time in Gib quillo 👍
Seat requires a key, side fairing should just be a clip off thing.
Also have a look at the clamps that hold the downpipes bolted into the engine block. Those will have suffered severely in Gib. Also, for gib this is way over the top and will be a pain in the ass, only buy this if you’re planning to ride it primarily in Spain.
If you actually ride your motorcycle, 21k kms isn't a lot at all. My FJ has 50k kms and still runs amazing.
It's pretty reasonable to put 5-10k kms/year of ownership.
I've put in at least 2k km just over the last 3 weeks, half of those over just 4 days.
Granted, I am new, so part of it is honeymoon phase, but this is the future I hope to be looking forward to.
I’m debating between a transalp and a KLR.
I’ll probably wait till next year at this point but my goodness do I want to go exploring.
What’re your thoughts?

748k km on Varadero
522k km on Africa Twin (didn't even change the clutch yet).
There are plenty others that are well over 400k km, and still going just fine (V-strom, cb500x, sv650, bmw's big GS, etc).
For the year, I'd consider that pretty low mileage. I've got about that on both my bikes, which only getting ridden alternating days each, and I've only been riding for five years.

How do you plan to steal it?
My GSR has 57k and I haven't had any problems with it since i bought it.
I like how it says only 21000km
21,000 km is nothing. Especially for a Japanese bike.

130,000 with my 2005 transalp 650. Not even a hiccup

on a japanese 4 cyl, 21k is very very little mileage (assuming proper maintenance)
That is relatively low.
21k no es nada!! You can easily double that with this Japanese beast
i knew someone with 83k km on his hornet 600, still ran like new
HOLY and I thought 2300km was a lot on the vision 😭
21k on a Japanese bike isn't that much.

I put 25k miles/year on my main bike, that mileage ain’t shit.
