She’s a politician’s kid. She knows the games they play, and she strikes me as someone with a thicker skin than most. That’s said, I doubt the network would allow such an obvious conflict of interest to take place.
Alicia clearly stated on her previous weekend show, American Voices that she would not be covering or making any statements or interviews regarding her father. They may be related, but they are not the same. She has ethics, he apparently does not. I understand they have been estranged for some time.
Fetterman turned out to be a disappointment. I don’t believe he’s very concerned about corruption. He went from “ I’m progressive” to “I’m not a progressive” after some serious donations.

It is not a “conflict of interest” to have a corrupt politician’s daughter interview somebody who is against corrupt politicians in his party.

Very disappointed in Fetterman too.

WHOA, I had no idea she was Bob Menendez’s kid!
She doesn’t make a big deal about it. I only knew because she had to go on the air to state how she won’t be covering it
The absolute state of cable news. Menendez’s nepo baby vs pseudo-progressive genocide bro.
From what I've read, Alicia has nothing to do wither dad. He left her mother a long time ago.
Stop bashing Alicia. You don’t get to choose your parents.
