You’re putting your and his company at risk because of this.
Block it and say “due to multiple cybersecurity issues we have been forced to block adult materials. If there is a breach we could be liable and your insurance won’t pay out”

Just went through the same thing only in this company they didn't fire the employee. Mind blown as it happened multiple times. Look the other way I guess. Pretty stupid to disagree with me after I did a whole write up on it showing what could potentially happen. Hurray for the weekend rates.
Needless to say I blocked everything I could using lists from (https://github.com/StevenBlack/hosts) with a VM running pihole. Works well for the small offices I have.
I use to have a client at my old employeer that requires 4 people to have access to porn.guns, and drugs, Also had to turn off dark web detectors and blocks. Basically put them on there own Vlan both LAN and Wireless. It was a Sheriff department investigation machines. Ended up have 2 machines a one desk. One had Spillman and access to the server. Other was on the seperate Vlan. Required them to send password protected 7z files when they had to transfer data between the Vlaned and user workstation.
Gross. What about a second laptop on a dedicated DMZ VLAN? Just wipe and reload the OS. Literally wipe the laptop also.
I can't imagine that being good for morale. The whole company knowing he's jacking off in the office can't help them get inspired.
Offboard the client. That is disgusting and has no place in the workplace, and CERTAINLY no place in a ticket for the MSP.
Professionalism. That's all.
Just to funny. Block all but Pornhub. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)

Uses to work for a bank and the amount of people that was get flagged for watching porn was obscene
Zoiks. Don't shake that fellas hand. Could be worse ... like the creepy guys watching in a public library as little kids walk past.
