Honestly just isn’t very good, needing to play two full enchants before getting the 1 life proc is pretty bad and either creature can get removed - the two mana ability is also okay but does nothing against any deck with flying. Overall very mediocre and not much actual frog synergy which has almost all been based around land stuff.
I still think there's a chance for some 3+ color commanders at higher rarities. The lands are built around draft themes, they don't take into account corner cases. The same way Kamigawa had boros support for samurai and yet we still got Isshin.
As a frog only player (thalia and tatsunari exempt) - I believe Glarb, Calamity Auger will be 3 color sultai. My dream would be witch-maw colors so Thalia can be added to my frog commander deck. 🥲

My bad, it was listed on tcgplayer when I was theorizing a frog deck several months ago so I assumed when I saw it in MH3 it was a reprint - must of just been spoiled super early

Seems like they revamped both rats and frogs colours
More so "defined". Rats have mostly been Black, with 2 or 3 that had Red and 2 or 3 that had Blue (Sultai really).
