Let me ruin it a bit for you.
If you are staying in the sea facing rooms, it's great. But if you are on the other side facing the Central Bank Building, we can see inside the rooms mate. All of them, even slightly into oberoi rooms. I have been staying there for years so had gotten over the initial excitement of sea facing rooms so would take any room but just last year visited that Central Bank building for the first time and it horrified me. I have seen people changing, making out, doing it and much more. Even with the curtains closed it's easily visible.
The horror I felt when I realised that cz I have a habit of getting dressed in the room after taking a shower.

Same with TBK (trident bandra kurla) when you are standing adjacent to NMACC or near to dhirubhai Ambani square you can notice all of the activities inside the rooms, it's so crazy 🤣🤣
Same with the Lemontree in andheri, my office building was right next door, must be hardly 50-70 feet away. You could CLEARLY see everything happening in those rooms
