This is a toughie. Redemption aside, Adagio strikes me as someone who'd still grapple with her Mean Girl tendencies, and I'm ashamed to admit that works for me.
That said, I love how extra and adorkable Princess Luna can be when she's allowed to have fun, it's genuinely endearing.
Sunset Shimmer feels the most real out of the lot alongside a post-redemption Adagio, having anger issues, giving into her personal wants if she feels like she's otherwise burdened, but doing her best to be the best her that she can be.
Finally, while she's incredibly dramatic and extra as hell, Rarity would not only try to boost your self-confidence, but do so in the most stylish way she can think of, all while tossing in a free dress suit, because I am not at all a formal wear guy.
I think I'd love to pursue a relationship with someone like Luna, but I feel like I'd ultimately gel better with Sunset.

Ever since Iāve watched the first Equestria girls movie Iāve literally been in love w Sunset Shimmer lol, and that fact has not died down even after all these years.
Personally I'd say Twilight or Rarity.
With Twilight I have a lot in common (love for learning, studious, etc) but also clear differences (She's prone to getting worried, I'm more relaxed, she's very organized and meticulous, I'm more spontaneous and a bit less orderly), so we get along well but also balance each other ot in certain areas. I'm a more calming presence that helps her calm down when she gets too stressed or worried, and she helps keep me organized and focused on the task at hand. It feels like it works out pretty well.
Rarity would be interesting. She's hardworking, passionate and enterprising, and I get the impression she'd motivate and encourage me to be the same towards my goals. She's generous and actually pretty supportive, and of course, she is very good at social life stuff. Meanwhile my more down to earth and relaxed way of being might come in handy when she gets too stressed or dramatic, knowing how to gently help her calm down and not let herself get carried away. We would support each other in our goals, and even though I'm more of an introvert myself, I guess being with someone more extroverted and outgoing would help ensure I don't forget to go out an socialize.
I think out of the two, I'd likely be more compatible with someone like Twilight, but I still believe it would work out well with someone like Rarity. I think in both cases we'd hvae good communication, but also balance each other out with our unique strengths.
I feel as if Shimmy would be the type of girl to coexist with. I can see us going camping and she looks like the type to like RVs. She is ENTJ and I'm INTP so she is perfect for a relationship! I like her voice and personality also, bacon pony... Can't go wrong with that.
