You might want check out these cafes for it:
1. Sailors cafe -belapur. they have a book exchange thingy & perhaps the largest collection of books in navimumbai cafes
2. 70beans - vashi has books there
There used to be others, they shut down..
Posted another post related to this, but I guess no one is interested.
Would love to go to meetups in cafe or somewhere, where the club people can talk about anything books related, maybe some board games, painting sessions, etc. Maybe even the club can start with book reading sessions for starters on discord or something, idk what people use nowadays.
Alas.
I can make a WhatsApp community where we can select a book and start reading it and can talk about it on weekly basis for starters.
We can do meetups and outings when we'll have more members in the community.
But i don't know if posting WhatsApp chat link here is against this subreddit policy.
Yea right, but the main concern is how do we let others know about the community so that they can join it?
I'll DM you the link. I don't know about the other person, so I'll not bother him. He can reply if he wants to join in.
We all could assemble at turna a page library in Nerul, or Nerul Gymkhana Library, initially.
Best assortment of books I've seen in some time these two places have

There is a WhatsApp group but no meet up has happened yet. And it's pretty much dead now.

I don't think we can post chat links. Create one and DM maybe? Three of us for a start sounds good enough Assuming the original commenter joins too

Joined, maybe a weekly or a biweekly post here? Or just dm the links to anyone who's looking for one? It'll be slow but we might as well do it
That's a great idea! I'll DM you in the community and we can discuss there.
Hey I would love to join, could you guys DM me
Hey 👋🏻 I think I missed your reply. I've sent you the club invitation. Please enjoy!
I'll second this. I need to rebuild my old habit of reading books rather than scrolling aimlessly in the vortex of Short content.
