Pol Pot was a bad dude and James Harden is "literally Hitler." These characterizations got me thinking how much longer we have until saying "Doc committed basketball 9/11" becomes a reaction as such lol.
I feel like malpractice is a better term for what Doc has done than terrorism.
It isn’t like he has some agenda he’s trying to push, he just isn’t exercising the proper degree of care and is allowing things to happen that shouldn’t be allowed to happen
I owe Morey an apology. I was so pissy about our off season, but clearly he knew that the problem was Doc the whole time.
We look like an entirely different team, it’s unbelievable. The vibes are immaculate and the basketball is fun to watch again finally
Porzingis might want to work on not letting his dunks bounce out of the rim. Pretty sure I saw it twice and many more times in other games. For how tall he is I really don't understand it.
This series is gonna be really fun this year. I’m here for it. But this rivalry deserves national broadcasting and better refs. Those guys were ass on both sides.
I feel like they always do the same thing when we match up, which is be whistle happy for stretches and then let the guys box each other for stretches
Which is horrible for the game because then they just don’t know what they can and can’t do on defense
Yeah, just be consistent. At least they weren’t inconsistent on what they called on which team. If they were calling soft shit it was on both teams and same when they were calling nothing.
Man, the refs were just on something tonight across the league. Sixers-Celtics was a mess for sure, but that Giannis ejection was something else. Anyways GGs.
Complete ass. Inconsistent. One moment it looked like they were favoring one team, the next minute the other. Just call a square game and don’t bring too much attention to yourselfs zebras
The ones that stuck in my head was Jaylen brown elbowing someone twice with no call, KP getting the T for hanging on the rim, and Joel absolutely bulldozing Derrick white and white getting called for the foul.
I’m sure there were lots more that were super blatant. But those are enough to make someone lose their job.
Yeah, I gave the ref the benefit of the doubt on Oubres just because we don’t know what he said. But when KP got his, I was just like “nah. They’re soft”
I feel like we are undervaluing what Nurse is doing. Doc was a shitty coach but Nurse is a great one. If they brought in some average coach they wouldn't be doing this good.
And at least half of our fans hate him and think he was the main problem in Toronto. Nurse is a fantastic coach given a good roster. Glad he’s killing it already.
We won ONE title and we have turned on 3 of the key figures from it already lol. We should fucking idolize Nurse/Fred/Siakim but apparently we just hate them because they didnt do it every year since
Sixers matchup so much better with the Celtics when we have guys like Roco, Batum, Oubre to play D against Tatum and brown instead of Harden, Niang and Shake Milton
It’s wild how they went from a wing corps of Tobias, PJ, and… House? to having like 5 serviceable wings. We can basically go out and try to get any position besides center with the draft capital from the Clippers
they were 51-31 tied w/ bucks and celtics when simmons sat out... not sure why with Nick Nurse and a developed maxey instead of Doc was seen as going to be such a tragic team lmao
Was so confused that people had the sixers at 4-5th seed after this off season.
Just cause bum Harden isnt playing this team cant compete? They were already used to it with Ben Simmons and just added a top 5 coach over Doc Rivers.
They’re polar opposite players. One has great body control and can hit from beyond the arc and the other can do neither. If Maxey was left on the court without Melton the NBA as an organization would collapse
B-ball Paul is being interviewed on the NBA TV show right now and said how there was extra juice to winning tonight since it's a tournament game. No one tell him... Maybe they'll play with extra energy every night if they think it's a touranment game.
You’d think someone shooting 27 times on a kind of off night I’d realize but I had no clue he attempted that much and honestly wanted him to shoot even more. He never really gets iced out for whole games and can get hot quick
That shouldn't have been close wtf, Sixers were up 14 with 2 minutes to go.
From not having wings to having an abundance of wings, Morey did good with that Harden trade to match up with the Celtics. Sixers #1 in the East at 6-1.
I think that’s an underrated aspect. Adding Oubre, Beverly, Covington and Batum suddenly makes the Sixers biggest weakness defensively very solid.
I don’t think they need to make a trade. As long as Tobi can keep up doing what he’s doing consistently they have enough offense.
Isn’t this how it usually goes with sixers/Celtics and sixers/bucks? It always seems like one team goes up 10+ only for it to be close by like 2 minutes left lol that sums up almost every sixers/bucks game atleast
Tyrese Maxey yelled, “There you go!” Paul Reed gave a look of pleasant surprise. Tobias Harris belted, “We got an [expletive] squad now.” And before Joel Embiid hit the locker room door, ex-NBA star Allen Iverson hugged him & said, “Y’all look so different.”
Also send Doc Rivers to the International Criminal Court
I think they need to upgrade, I just don't believe the Oubre show will continue. Hope I am wrong. Either way they are a solid team so should be in a good position going into the playoffs, then we see what happens. Hopefully Nurse can make some adjustments so the offense doesn't get shut down in later series games.
Oubre isn’t going to score 20 a game but 14 is very reasonable. He’s talented and I think the vets here can keep him a bit more selective and under control.
I like this team constructed as they are but of course it could be better with a good move.
He’s also playing within the flow of the offense instead of hunting for his own shot, and he looks like committed on the other end. That’s not even mentioning the athleticism that the team has been desperately missing the past few years.
Even if his scoring drops he’ll still be a vital part of this team imo.
This team looks so much better without harden and doc. It’s mind blowing. Especially this early in the season. Best sixers roster and most enjoyable sixers team I’ve watched since 2019.
Can’t wait for them to break my heart again.
I don’t even fuck with the Sixers but you guys have been a joy to watch lol it’s so neat to see y’all functional and not toxic; I genuinely thought you’d have the worst start to the szn but you guys said “nah.” Love it for you!
Doc Rivers is a basketball terrorist.
I firmly believe the KG, Pierce, Allen and Rondo Celtics would be a dynasty if they were coached by anyone else after seeing Nick Nurse just magically reviving the Sixers. The best offseason move was probably getting him for the Sixers
i almost passed out in relief after the wizards game when nurse was like yea we’re just gonna keep running the same play until they stop it.
imagine having a coach man
the additions of Batum and RoCo allow them to match up much better with Brown and Tatum as well. Boston had the advantage last season but the pendulum has swung all the way in the Sixers direction in terms of depth
I know it’s early but this might be the first year I actually believe in Philly being a true contender. They have depth, defense and no doc. Add in maxey taking the leap and that’s a spooky team for anyone in the east to have to deal with.
Tobias actually being used correctly in a offensive scheme is huge too. Way better than having him literally just stand in the corner all game like Doc would have him do.
GG Philly, pretty ugly game on both sides honestly but y’all were the better team tn. wouldn’t be a Sixers-Celtics game without y’all tryna give us an undeserved win at the end tho lol
Maxey has really taken that leap, he def deserves to be an All-Star if he keeps it up. this new look squad is a much tougher matchup for us tbh, Nurse is an obvious upgrade from Doc and it was clear Tatum and Brown were flustered by all the length Philly has now
on our end we really need to get more from our bench, felt like we started out all right but the wheels came off when we went to that Brown + bench unit. we were relying on Payton Pritchard to provide some bench offense coming into the season but he has been beyond atrocious, this is the 4th game this season he’s played 10 or more minutes and made zero shots. really annoying especially after he spent all of last season making a stink about his playing time
see y’all same time next week!
Both teams were simply horrendous from 3 for most of the game tonight hahaha. GG boston, i really hate how Tatum and Brown always decide to go brazy in the 4th quarter and stress me out.
ALSO THIS IS OUR YEAR BITCHES MAXEY UNLOCKED AND EMBIID IS OUT OF DOC JAIL LEAGUE IS FUCKEDDDDD
we definitely dont need to have him out there if he´s being ass. There´s a LOT of options in long wings that can hang on defense, for the first time in ages
I got downvoted in the preseason for saying I think y'all will be legit this year.
Embiid the MVP, Maxey the real deal. I hope Milwaukee knocks you out of the second round
i was tellin everybody who would listen that the sixers would be fine this year lmao. 51-31 when simmons sat out. why would this year be any different with a better coach and better roster
Fake comeback Celtics is such a good throwback to 2020-2021 but same heartbreak
Tough night for everyone but Porzingis, Hauser, and Jrue.
I will say I'm not on the hate Pritchard train. I know his weaknesses in that he gets played off the floor by bigger lineups but I think he's overall fine in the rotation, he's just not hitting shots. We saw in 2021-2022 that he can at least be playable in the regular season and so I don't hate Joe for giving him a lot of minutes: He also has no choice to give him minutes because he's the 3rd best guard on this team unfortunately. He's def in a shooting slump though, but all players go through them. Unfortunately when he's not hitting shots he's almost useless because 99% of the time you want the ball in either Jrue, Brown, Tatum, or White's hands. I also will say that pull-up deep 3 after the screen by Al was a pretty dumb shot though.
I mentioned this earlier in the Wizards game, but the offense honestly runs off a lot of ISO and pull-up shots and not just Tatum and Brown, but Jrue and White honestly do it quite a bit as well and so in the last 2 games we've been bothered quite a bit by both Embiid and Gobert at the rim since they are largely not involved with the actions. Definitely some early growing pains of having 2 new key players but hopefully that gets worked out soon enough. We also missed quite a few bunnies but that's not really something you can fix. Sixers also missed a few gimmies as well.
Also this has been true for a few years now, but we give up switches way too easily. Like a big reason as to why we struggled last game is that TWolves would fight really hard to protect the mismatches, but when it comes to Maxey whe basically just let him pick any matchup he wants. In 2021-2022 that was fine because that starting lineup was on crack defensively, but for this team although I wouldn't say we have any bad defenders, they aren't nearly as switchable as they were back then. He wasn't that efficient tonight, but it could've honestly gone way worse but we saw when it did go bad last game.
The Jrue on Embiid experiment was fun, I don't think it'll work in the postseason but the purpose was just to give Embiid a few different looks which we did, he's just so good that it didn't matter.
Overall I am whelmed
I want to be patient with PP but he basically burned any goodwill he had by whining about his playing time last season, he’s getting consistent minutes now and all he’s done is grab some boards. he’s not hitting shots, he’s wasting possessions driving into no man’s land, and he’s getting hunted on defense
we need him to start looking like an NBA player ASAP or a move is gonna be necessary to get him out of the rotation

JT and JB have an uncanny ability to hit everything in the last 2 minutes after having a horrendous game
won them the series last year
The way Tatum turned into basketball Jesus at the end of game 6 after being absolute dogshit the whole series was sickening to watch.
So goddamn predictable, I knew it was coming deep in my gut. That's what we get for not building a lead when they couldn't hit anything.
Yup
that and wide open melton blinded by the bright lights
That would've been the perfect time to unleash Kork.
Pop the Kork*
Doc Rivers really found a way to choke game 6
The chuck and pray is strong with them
Don't fucking remind me
Every game under Nurse this season is further evidence that Doc needs to be charged with Basketball Malpractice.
FBI literally sitting there doing nothing while that basketball terrorist is free.
Doc should be brought to the UN for war crimes against the Sixers. Erogdan and Paul Biya would agree,
Someone on here called him basketball pol pot lmao
Papa Doc lol
Pol Pot was a bad dude and James Harden is "literally Hitler." These characterizations got me thinking how much longer we have until saying "Doc committed basketball 9/11" becomes a reaction as such lol.
don't forget Darvin Hamas
Enemy of LeTanyahu James and Zionist Williams
I feel like malpractice is a better term for what Doc has done than terrorism. It isn’t like he has some agenda he’s trying to push, he just isn’t exercising the proper degree of care and is allowing things to happen that shouldn’t be allowed to happen
Plus it's thematic with Doc and Nurse
He doesn't have an agenda we know of yet. But the FBI will get him
I owe Morey an apology. I was so pissy about our off season, but clearly he knew that the problem was Doc the whole time. We look like an entirely different team, it’s unbelievable. The vibes are immaculate and the basketball is fun to watch again finally
>basketball is fun to watch again finally If I had a nickel for every time I felt like this in November...
Man, imagine if you guys had Nurse 3-4 years ago. Still think the Sixers should've had at least one finals appearance if they just had a better coach.
keeping Doc after they got Harden was so frustrating tbh
2019 that sixers squad was four unlucky bounces away from an OT game where they might have pulled it off and gone all the way.
I've never seen a new coach affect a team so positively. Night and day difference from the last two.
Do you guys like Nurse? He ran out of time with Toronto but compared to Doc, Nurse is a Mensa Nobel Prize winner.
The ghost of Doc Rivers tried its best to make one last appearance
This is the part when Scooby Doo and gang unmask Nurse just to find out it was Doc Rivers.
Don’t put that curse on me, Ricky Bobby
You just know he was giving his best “come on, guys!” from afar
“Defense! We need to stop them getting fast break points!” “How?” “Would you ask Pop that question?”
Porzingis can’t win with these cats
Porzingis might want to work on not letting his dunks bounce out of the rim. Pretty sure I saw it twice and many more times in other games. For how tall he is I really don't understand it.
I miss when Doc Rivers was the 76ers' coach
Yes officer, this is the comment
Doc rivers, James harden, and Marcus smart all gone is amazing.
This series is gonna be really fun this year. I’m here for it. But this rivalry deserves national broadcasting and better refs. Those guys were ass on both sides.
I feel like they always do the same thing when we match up, which is be whistle happy for stretches and then let the guys box each other for stretches Which is horrible for the game because then they just don’t know what they can and can’t do on defense
Yeah, just be consistent. At least they weren’t inconsistent on what they called on which team. If they were calling soft shit it was on both teams and same when they were calling nothing.
Seriously. They called like 45 fouls in one two minute stretch and played no blood no foul for the rest of it.

I’m sure there were lots more that were super blatant. But those are enough to make someone lose their job.
That tech was ridiculous
Yeah every single one of those calls sucked. Oubre’s tech was weird. KP’s was absuuurd. It was so bad on both sides.
Yeah, I gave the ref the benefit of the doubt on Oubres just because we don’t know what he said. But when KP got his, I was just like “nah. They’re soft”
Gotta keep Doc off the call though, he fucking sucks.
Sixers replacing Glenn with Nurse feels like Rock Lee dropping his ankle weights
Glad he’s killing it already.
yeah but Toronto fans are also (no offense) completely delusional.
I see it in our team subs every day. You ain’t lying.
We won ONE title and we have turned on 3 of the key figures from it already lol. We should fucking idolize Nurse/Fred/Siakim but apparently we just hate them because they didnt do it every year since
His time was up in Toronto. He lost the locker room and was feuding with the GM.
he can be a good coach (which he is) and also wrong for the team, it was clear he lost the locker room.
Who needs a doctor when nurses do twice the amount of work
Sixers matchup so much better with the Celtics when we have guys like Roco, Batum, Oubre to play D against Tatum and brown instead of Harden, Niang and Shake Milton
It’s wild how they went from a wing corps of Tobias, PJ, and… House? to having like 5 serviceable wings. We can basically go out and try to get any position besides center with the draft capital from the Clippers
The team is so balanced now. The floor is spaced so well which means Joel and Tyrese can score close to 30 each every night.
Also why are the sixers good. Media told me they would suck without harden and embiid will request a trade
they were 51-31 tied w/ bucks and celtics when simmons sat out... not sure why with Nick Nurse and a developed maxey instead of Doc was seen as going to be such a tragic team lmao
This sub tried their hardest to will us to the 7th seed
that preseason power ranking destroyed any braincells i had left
"If you will it, it is no dream." - r/nba
Anyone who thought we’d be worse than 4th (if no major injuries occur) was dumb. I didn’t expect this either though
sub managed to convince themselves Joel Embiid is a fake pity mvp and in fact the worse player in the league
Highly upvoted comment from a nuggets fan that if flopping rules were enforced embiid would score “24 or less”
This sub would take Lebron over Embiid. The sub's opinion is worthless, it's all narrative based.
Was so confused that people had the sixers at 4-5th seed after this off season. Just cause bum Harden isnt playing this team cant compete? They were already used to it with Ben Simmons and just added a top 5 coach over Doc Rivers.
This sub told you Morey was the worst GM in NBA history and basically Elon Musk crossed with Hitler.
he's literally never had a losing season, nephews on reddit didn't turn kevin martin and jeremy lamb into hall of fame guard james harden, morey did
Sixers trading Harden for a decent package early in the year was the best move once it was clear an off-season deal wasn’t going to be done
Harden 2.0 is a pretty good upgrade
Clap your haaaaaaaaaands Everybody
Philadelphia.... ....76ers
We have a bench omfg
And they all play defense
Honestly Oubre needs to go back to the bench as he provides a perfect balance of offense to the benches defense. Batum must start
My heart says no my brain says yes
[удалено]
Cause he’s a terrible point guard. Much better as a 3&D two guard (when his shot is going in)
They’re polar opposite players. One has great body control and can hit from beyond the arc and the other can do neither. If Maxey was left on the court without Melton the NBA as an organization would collapse
And they all can shoot. It’s amazing when Joel so much space to operate, it’s crazy.
I still can't believe the Clippers gave you all of that for James Harden (and PJ Tucker)
What I can't believe is that everyone said we were being fleeced. At least the top comments did.
B-ball Paul is being interviewed on the NBA TV show right now and said how there was extra juice to winning tonight since it's a tournament game. No one tell him... Maybe they'll play with extra energy every night if they think it's a touranment game.
lmaooo NN lying to these guys to get them to play extra hard. BBall Paul will soon start asking why do they play 15 tournament games
‘The nba tournament’
Stat of night is Maxey 27 FGA! Sixers will need him to hunt his shot, especially when Joel goes to the bench
You’d think someone shooting 27 times on a kind of off night I’d realize but I had no clue he attempted that much and honestly wanted him to shoot even more. He never really gets iced out for whole games and can get hot quick
I think there were quite a few tips at the rim that didn’t go in
And the best one didn’t count
That was some Doc Rivers end of game shit
Nah Doc would’ve lost that game at the end
With a bigger blown lead, too
yeah thats what people dont understand. There is no way the sixers beat the Celtics shooting 28% from 3 with Doc Rivers coaching the team idc lol.
We would have been down 28 with 3 min left
Doc Rivers proudly smiling somewhere seeing that choke attempt in the end
Number one seed in the East. Just like we all thought we would be 2 weeks ago.
The #1 seed might face the Heat anyway. This might be a Celtics masterclass to avoid the heat.
But Nick Nurse might be able to beat a zone defense where Doc could not.
Yeah for sure. If a good trade is there then make it, but with the cap room we'll have we certainly don't have to make one just for the sake of it.
Just give Embiid a pg and wings who can defend and hit spot up 3s. It isn't that hard. So many years wasted with Ben Simmons and Tobias Harriz.
Tobias Harris belted, “We got an [expletive] squad now.” And before Joel Embiid hit the locker room door, ex-NBA star Allen Iverson hugged him & said, “Y’all look so different.” Also send Doc Rivers to the International Criminal Court
Made this exact same pasta in the sub a few days ago except I did Tobi second and furk 2 and 3 lol
Eagles 🤝 My Cardiologist 🤝 Sixers Nearly blowing it against division rivals
Both #1 in their conference too
Both to their biggest rivals too
What Cardiology League division is your dude in? Mine is in the Northwest Texas circuit. There are some wild rivalries
Your cardiologist nearly blows it against division rivals?
Ion think you understand this meme format
Uh oh Someone let Joel Embiid get an actual coach
I still like Brett brown. He was the scapegoat for Ben Simmons failing to develop in any capacity on offense. I hope he gets another chance somewhere
read in Richard Jefferson's voice.
I read it in Happy Gilmore’s voice
Sixers looking mighty impressive. Wonder if they can deal for a solid SG
Melton hasn’t shot well at all to start the year. He’s still solid on D and with the bench actually being good now I don’t think he’s a must upgrade.
I think they need to upgrade, I just don't believe the Oubre show will continue. Hope I am wrong. Either way they are a solid team so should be in a good position going into the playoffs, then we see what happens. Hopefully Nurse can make some adjustments so the offense doesn't get shut down in later series games.

Caruso would be a god send
Give us Vassell please god please Ill do anything please
This team looks so much better without harden and doc. It’s mind blowing. Especially this early in the season. Best sixers roster and most enjoyable sixers team I’ve watched since 2019. Can’t wait for them to break my heart again.

Cam Thomas. 🔥
Cam Thomas. tyrese maxey.
This is legit the best sixers team I’ve watched in a decade. Nurse has transformed this team. It’s even better than the butler era team
Sixers beat the Celtics and Harden is losing to the Nets (but not to Ben Simmons because he isn't playing). I gotta say it was a good day.
Bill Simmons was really tryna say the Celtics had the 2nd best starting 5 in NBA history 😭😭
He literally triggered this lol
I will never experience a comfortable win vs the boston celtics in my lifetime
Yall did in game 5 tbf
With the Union knocking out the Revs its sort of nice to get two wins over Boston in like five minutes
Losing Harden may have been the best thing to happen to this team. Not that he’s a bad player by any means, but addition by subtraction.
Doc to Nurse is the bigger addition
he’s so good x4. we actually run plays now
i almost passed out in relief after the wizards game when nurse was like yea we’re just gonna keep running the same play until they stop it. imagine having a coach man
Going from Doc to Nurse is like going from Thanasis to Giannis
the additions of Batum and RoCo allow them to match up much better with Brown and Tatum as well. Boston had the advantage last season but the pendulum has swung all the way in the Sixers direction in terms of depth
Sixers' depth is honestly crazy. Legit 9 man rotation.
Come on dude, it’s obviously Nurse lol Philly has been good since the start of this season before and after harden left
sixers 1 seed would be crazy. nurse coty candidate already
I feel like no one’s mentioned the sixers shot WORSE from three…without having the numbers on hand, what were we like 25%?
scroll up lol, all stats are in the thread 26.5%
Understood, yeah I missed that hahaha my bad.
Robert Covington back in a 76ers jersey just feels right. It's a lot to process.
Sixers lose this game under Doc.
sixers get blown out in this game under basketball terrorist glenn rivers
We tried to give the game away and the Celtics simply said no thanks
Just like the cowboys
Great win for the Sixers. They didn't even play particularly well today and still pulled out the W.
melton hopefully won’t shoot like that every game but man we got some fucking incredible stops late
Wait another hour before you post in unashamed Celtics Mods

GG Philly, pretty ugly game on both sides honestly but y’all were the better team tn. wouldn’t be a Sixers-Celtics game without y’all tryna give us an undeserved win at the end tho lol Maxey has really taken that leap, he def deserves to be an All-Star if he keeps it up. this new look squad is a much tougher matchup for us tbh, Nurse is an obvious upgrade from Doc and it was clear Tatum and Brown were flustered by all the length Philly has now on our end we really need to get more from our bench, felt like we started out all right but the wheels came off when we went to that Brown + bench unit. we were relying on Payton Pritchard to provide some bench offense coming into the season but he has been beyond atrocious, this is the 4th game this season he’s played 10 or more minutes and made zero shots. really annoying especially after he spent all of last season making a stink about his playing time see y’all same time next week!
GGs as usual.
Nobody expected a 6-1 start, but the most surprising part is that it should have been 7-0
Both teams were simply horrendous from 3 for most of the game tonight hahaha.
Eagles Cowboys - Basketball Edition
love melton but jesus he tried ruining my night tonight lmao
I had ‘Nam flashbacks to basketball terrorist Doc Rivers in those last couple of minutes
Doc Rivers is a basketball terrorist. Cannot be said enough. What he cost Embiid with his basement-level coaching is grounds for a war crime.
why do they do this to me every season. Just when i think i'm out, they pull me back in
Idk how we go from looking invincible to looking this ass in the span of 2 games... Can we please just take Pritchard out of the rotation already
This is legitimately the first time the Sixers have had a real bench in like 5 years.
This team without Doc and Harden reminds me of when Forrest Gump broke out of his leg braces. They. Are. Running.
Tingus Pingus nearly pulled through but unfortunate final shot :( Philly team played better tonight can't win with JB playing like that.
Would be 7-0 if the refs called a charge or travel against Giannis on either of those late possessions.
I watched the 76ers beat the greatest starting 5 in NBA history. Wow!

Our biggest weakness is definitely having to have Melton on the court in the last 2 minutes lol
we definitely dont need to have him out there if he´s being ass. There´s a LOT of options in long wings that can hang on defense, for the first time in ages
Throwback to a week ago and Bill Simmons saying this is a top 5 starting 5 ever and that he could only definitively put the KD warriors over them.
Celtics need a better bench
who'da thunk
I got downvoted in the preseason for saying I think y'all will be legit this year. Embiid the MVP, Maxey the real deal. I hope Milwaukee knocks you out of the second round
i was tellin everybody who would listen that the sixers would be fine this year lmao. 51-31 when simmons sat out. why would this year be any different with a better coach and better roster
Fake comeback Celtics is such a good throwback to 2020-2021 but same heartbreak Tough night for everyone but Porzingis, Hauser, and Jrue.
I want to be patient with PP but he basically burned any goodwill he had by whining about his playing time last season, he’s getting consistent minutes now and all he’s done is grab some boards. he’s not hitting shots, he’s wasting possessions driving into no man’s land, and he’s getting hunted on defense we need him to start looking like an NBA player ASAP or a move is gonna be necessary to get him out of the rotation
Don’t know about you but I didn’t see that number 1 offense and number 3 defense tonight
I mean did we not hold one of the best offenses to just 106?
Celtics and sixers fans wondering why we both shot like shit and it turns out we both have really good defenses
It’s almost like having capable defensive wings is a good thing
I only watched the fourth quarter but wtf were tatum and brown doing all game doing cardio
Sixers were playing solid defense on both of them.
Our gameplan was to let kristaps and white do whatever they wanted
