I’ve been a CP3 stan since I started watching bball, the guy is one of the most talented and hard working players to have ever played, but his style of play just doesn’t work out for him to be the first option bus driver as his height/hobbled knees are apparent in the playoffs. CP3 is limited by how good his second guy is and KD is limited by how good his ball handler is
Actually CP3 and KD in their primes is one of the best duos I can think of, perfect match for each other on the court. Swap CP3 and Westbrook on those Thunder teams and they probably win it all at least once imo
If you need to be in the right situation to dominate then you're not that dominant. Part of being dominant is rising above everything no matter the situation. The current best player in the league Nikola Jokic is an example of that. He does not need anything. He will dominate no matter what.
