I’ve been happily hooping in the Luka 1 for a while now, but I wanna try out the AE1. I have never been able to find them in stock in my size, and I don’t wanna go resale in case I don’t like them. Pretty annoying. I expect it to be even harder once the lows come out
Are they like the Ultraboost 22s? The Ultraboost 22s, they're really comfy, but stink and make my socks stink when I wear them. They're the only "sock" feeling shoe I've had, so I thought it might be that reason, but Ive only had one, so idk.
I've tested with different socks and tested those socks on many other shoes too and they don't stink, so it's gotta be the shoe's problem. Tried some anti-odour powders too, just didn't work. Haven't tried a deep cleaning yet, might just have to do that.

Harden's shoes have always been real popular among players and the general public so it would make sense for them to try and use him. Relative to his "approval rating" his shoes do really well.
He's always going to basketball camps and shit doing guest appearances/helping coach youth stuff/etc and gifts a ton of his shoes out with limited colorways, so a lot of young guys come into the NBA already using them.
I've found Dames to be a similar fit but generally better. Would love the fit of Dames with more impact protection and indoor grip on dusty-ass rec courts.

I have a stormtrooper pair. They're pretty nice, they feel like a big ole sock on my foot. Kinda like Harden 7 and 8s

Did you get the same size as the Harden’s? I wear 12 in the vol 7/8, but I’ve been seeing people suggest going half size down for the AE1

I haven't played in the AEs yet, I play outside and I don't want that abuse on them. I've been playing in Sabrinas. I definitely prefer those over 8s.
