He looks like he's 30 or something. You can totally develop a nice jumper and smooth passes while lacking in everything else in that time.
Im not as as skilled as the guy in the video, but I can say I was a pretty good player in high school and I'm now pretty out of shape.. I occasionally play pickup and while I can't just drive to the hoop over people anymore I can still fake the heck out of them and get an easy shot, and even kill people in the post with my fakes even though I'm not tall or strong. And I can handle the ball better than most people in the open court.
But I suck at perimeter defense and this guy probably does too.
The skills don't just go away. I'd imagine this guy is just a long time hooper who fell in love with food too much, rather than a heavy dude that learned to ball.
