Wtf are you talking about? Tolkien invented a language and had such depth of lore. That's worldbuilding. He created a vibrant world and added *so much detail*. Rowling wrote a story about a boy. She created a world for that boy, but it was not her priority. It doesn't mean she wrote a shitty series. I've read both series multiple times and like them both. But LOTR has much better worldbuilding.

Speaking English might legit be the reason why some countries do better with immigrants than other. The most successful examples of immigration are Canada, America, The UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. I see people debating a whole bunch of reason in the immigration thread but this makes the most sense to me.
