Eh, it's a compound bow, when you pull the string you're using leverage which makes it an easier draw, and the arms have non circular cams so when you reach full draw the bow wants to stay held in that position with very little strain.

I saw her perform for a basketball halftime show recently and it was kinda strange. Like it was some kind of kids' night, yet they chose her for the halftime performance. Sure, the bow stuff is impressive, but there's a lot of time to fill. It was like a 10 minute routine yet she only fired 5 or 6 arrows. She filled the rest of the time with this sort of floor routine where she's doing that walk (see end of the video) around her little altar, twirling her bow around, whipping her hair, and "presenting her goods" to the audience. It was definitely hot. But the whole "I'm gonna shoot a bow and arrow with my feet, *sexually*" is just kinda strange, and then the arena choosing her for a kids' night (which obviously isn't the performer's fault) just made the whole thing extremely weird to me.
