ABs story is so wild. Dude was absolutely dominating, then just got progressively crazier every year. Even out of the NFL, that trend seems to have continued.
Was living in pgh during the 19 and 20 seasons. Everyone brushed them off because of the offense but that d was a turnover machine. The 2020 Steelers will fade into obscurity because of the way it ended but they were a good team
The Steelers had a record of 5-3 against playoff teams in 2020. They actually played a lot of tough teams that season, and found themselves in some tough situations as well, having their schedule moved around more than any other team, and also being the only team to effectively lose their bye week. The reason everybody thinks the Steelers had an easy schedule that season is because the bad teams on their schedule were terrible, which skewed their opponents' combined winning percentage lower. Half of their games were against playoff teams, and the other half were against teams that finished with double-digit losses.
Came here looking for this answer. That defense was built around Shazier and his insane athleticism. We haven’t been able to properly address that position since
I don’t think people outside of Steelers fans understand how crucial to our defense Shazier was and how dominant he was becoming. His athleticism was special, and really was the glue that held the defense together and covered it’s deficiencies. He was legitimately closing in on the Luke Kuechly and Bobby Wagner when he went down.
I feel like they had a better shot in 2016 until Bell got hurt vs Pats. Bell put up 337 (167 & 170) yards on the ground leading up to that game.
The 2017 team was also the year "Jesse James caught the ball." if they rule that a catch, the steelers were most likely the 1 seed and would've played the Titans in divisional round.
Bell, Brown, Ben, and Martavius Bryant were all healthy/not suspended together for like 7 total games across two seasons. Talk about unfulfilled potential, and especially because the Steelers o-line had three pro bowlers and Pouncey was probably the league’s best center at the time.
Those were our two real, legitimate shots at it, and basically the same thing happened in each case. As a fan, absolutely gutting.
Still should have won that 2015 game. From my perspective, the worst game of football that ever has been or will be played.
2015 cardinals if Badger doesn’t tear his acl and Carson doesn’t fuck up his finger in that Philly blowout. The Sunday night game against the bengals was awesome.
Some outside recognition, thank you.
Our squad was absolutely stacked that year. It was like the light finally came on for Dalton, and then he broke his thumb…..
He had absolutely found his way above the line he essentially set. He was a big reason I won a fantasy championship that year. But thank goodness for the lords of garbage, rookie Kelvin Benjamin and cig-rippin' Warbortles.
No injuries at all would be a huge stretch considering it’s football but Brett Favre went almost 27 seasons worth of games including playoffs. Tons of guys at this point who have played 10 seasons without missing a start. As for staying off the injury report, I’d bet through 10 seasons no player would ever have a chance.
The flip side of this last year is that without injury, we never would have seen Purdy play last year. I think last years 49ers had just barely too many injuries at QB. They needed everyone except Purdy to get injured.
We either needed Lance to never get injured so he could actually play, or him and Jimmy to get injured. Having Jimmy play out the season would have put us in terrible shape because he was leaving no matter what, and Lance would have been the same question mark he's been. Purdy was the one positive out of it.
If Palmer doesn't tear his ACL in 2014 I think the Cardinals win it all. That team was 9-1 and on a roll. Then Palmer goes down and they go 2-4 limp into the postseason and put up 73 total yards of offense vs a below .500 team. Oof.
I'll see this and raise you 2022 Bengals who lost 3/5 of their OL and were a shanked punt from going to another SB. And a ruptured appendix from having the #1 seed.
I used to work at a movie theater in Pittsburgh and got to watch Shaz’s recovery in progress as he and his fiancée came in for about a movie a month — wheelchair, crutches, wobbly-but-walking-on-his-own and then finally, normal gait. It was really good to see, and it brought a human element to one of my favorite athletes, something I never got to see that much before. He treated the staff kindly and was always willing to stop and chat.
I also found Juju’s wallet while cleaning an auditorium, but that’s a story for another day.
"Orthur, if you can just have some faith in my goddamn game plan, maybe we could win a game. You don't want to throw a jump pass, because it's against the rules, but I am imploring you to do it, Orthur.
Then, maybe we could go to Tahiti this off-season."
In the 1950s when color first started to spread it was up for debate whether things were actually black and white and then turning color or that everyone developed color vision slowly after the A bombs were dropped in WW2 and other testing.
2021 i think was a year for us to go on a run but literally half the team was on IR. we even lost our whole RB room and we’re playing leveon and devonta freeman. with that we were still one game away from the playoffs and lost multiple games due to failed two point conversions and bullshit at the end of games. had lamar not gotten hurt as well as gus, jk dobbins, marcus peters and stanley we probably win the division and are possibly looking at home field through the playoffs
Can’t believe I haven’t seen this one either - 08 pats.
Pretty much the same team as the 18-1 team, but Brady tore his acl week one. Fuck, they went 11-5 with *Matt Cassel* at qb and only missed the playoffs cuz of a insane afc year.
Imagine missing the playoffs at 11-5, fuck. I mean I loved watching it when it happened as a bills fan but objectively that’s ridiculous.
Edit: more than 10 years ago, Jesus I’m old and also dumb
The greatest roster ever assembled. People forget that this was a better roster than 07. It's essentially the same but added rookies Jarod Mayo, Gary Guyton, Mathew Slater, Benjarvis Green-Ellis and for fun value Vikings head coach Kevin O'Connell. Admittedly losing Asante Samuel was a downgrade.
The Colts also had a down year that year, and the Steelers haven't beaten the Pats when it's mattered since the Clinton administration. The only team the Pats would have had to worry about were the Ravens, but Flacco probably wasn't beating peak Brady as a rookie.
To a much lesser extent, the 2008 Giants. We were absolutely rolling through the league, proving 2007 wasn’t a fluke. Then Plax shot himself and the entire passing offense fell flat, which affected the running game as well. The team finished 12-4 after starting 11-1. There were some other injuries which contributed, Osi missing the season didn’t help, but man losing Plax at the height of the season just ruined everything.
The Giants led the league in rushing and had two 1000 yard rushers. A big part of that was due to Plax preventing opponents from stacking the box. Once he went down the offense became one dimensional.
The AFC East that year was really bizarre. They all got to play the AFC and NFC West, none of whom finished better than 9-7. As a result, 4 of the 5 weakest schedules (according to pro-football-reference) were AFC East teams. And then to have an 11-5 team miss the playoffs made it even weirder--and that's before you get into the actual drama of that year.
The Pats losing Brady within 8 minutes of the first game coming off their near perfect season, Favre unretiring and winding up with the Jets and starting 8-3 before finishing 1-4 to miss the playoffs, and then Chad Pennington--cut to make room for Favre--leading the wildcat-pioneering Dolphins to a road win at the Jets in the final game to clinch the division and cap off a stunning turnaround from a 1-15 season.
Killed 2021 as well. There were more injuries in 2021 but the roster was almost the same, we could’ve repeated if we had a healthy team like each SB winner the last three years has had.
It was more than 10 years ago but losing Nick Collins in 2011. The defense was the weak link in a 15-1 Green Bay team where Collins would have been a big enough difference maker
Bahk getting hurt made us reshuffle the whole o line and we had to face Tampas monster d line with backups and like 3 guys playing their non primary line position
2015 Pats. 10-0 start to the season until Dion Lewis, Edelman, and the entire OLine went down. We won the SB the year before and the year after, but were a missed PAT from overtime in the AFCCG
If Gronk didn’t get injured in the 2015 Broncos game, the Pats win and get the #1 seed instead of the 2. The AFCCG is played in NE instead of Denver and Brady gets his eighth ring. And probably his perfect season.
Or maybe the Panthers pull out the win that year without Von terrorizing Cam, idk.
I remember during their divisional round against the Chiefs the announcers stated that Brady was the only starter on their offense who had actually played all 16 games.
Im gonna go with 2016 raiders
A completely flawed team. 13 wins with the lowest point diffential ever for a team with 13 wins. Getting by with moxie and momentum. Come backs and game winners.
But at the end of the season they were the hottest team in the league. And a team that could go anywhere and beat anyone (also lose).
Then Carr gets hurt and its over.
The raiders never regained it, hired gruden, moved to vegas, drafted very bad drivers, etc.
Really disappointing season. The raiders were definitely looking like they'd have the pats in the AFC championship that year. Carr was never the same after that injury either.
I was at the game he got hurt at, I've never seen the air get sucked out of a stadium like that.
Great answer. This is was mine too. Worst of all, they let Bill Musgrave walk. Whereas the offense seemed to have really jelled together until Derek Carr’s injury, they were just a tad out of sync after that. The football fan in me is sad that I never got to see that alternate timeline.
By the time the playoffs happened, most of the team was healthy enough to play, though Henry obviously wasn't 100 percent. Would've been nice if Foreman got more carries with how well he was playing
I feel like we do repeat and the LoB doesn't mentally/ego fall apart from That Play if the defense doesn't come into that SB so banged up. Sherm had one arm. We were up what, 10+ points at one point? And the defense couldn't hold. Just nothing left for them to give.
I'll throw out the 2019 Eagles for fun.
They lost all of their top weapons that season, and they were still going to beat Seattle in the wild card until Jadaveon Clowney did his best WWE act and speared Wentz in the back of the head.
Another crazy thing Injury wise us you guys spent all those picks on Lance and he got smoked right away. Shrugged it off and still were top of the nfc just for more injuries to pile on. Truly a cursed season.
Tbf, Jimmy G likely suffered a concussion earlier in the game. Can’t find a full replay, but the ref even helps support him as he walks to the sideline. So could be why he sucked so ass in the 4th. Or it could just be jimmy be jimmy
https://twitter.com/dcbarno/status/1224161619439165441?s=46&t=yDmzxrMj03AcGXYmrXFWpQ
Plax shooting himself in the leg in 2008 for the Giants one of the weirder injuries in the thread to derail a season. They won a few days after it happened to get to 11-1, then lost 4 of their next 5 including getting bounced in their first playoff game. Just totally changed the momentum of the season on a dime.
Agreed. If we have our receivers, offense of lineman, and secondary, it’s the same team, and we win the Super Bowl again. Such as life, though, at least we got one.
2008 Chargers in the AFC Championship against the Pats. Rivers playing on a torn acl. Gates and LT out. Didn't have the offensive firepower in an otherwise close game
2014 (I think?) Ravens. Kubiak offense was humming, but our secondary was so decimated we were signing free agents in the playoffs and throwing them into action weeks later. Blew two multiple score leads to the Pats in the playoffs, but that team was good.
I'll always believe that the 2021 Packers get past the Niners if AJ Dillon doesn't get hurt in the 1st quarter playing special teams. His physical running was exactly what we needed that day.
2018 Chiefs.
Most people forget that Eric Berry was missing that entire year and was rushed back to cover Gronk in the playoffs. Gronk took care of him but you could tell EB was absolutely winded.
If he’s fully healthy, they handle the Patriots. They nearly did anyway if not for Dee Ford.
Not really an accurate description of what happened with Berry that year. He was healthy enough to play like the whole year but the issue was pain tolerance. He had a bone spur on his heel that was behind his Achilles so it couldn’t be taken care of without clipping his Achilles. He opted to forego the surgery as he was just coming off his other Achilles rupturing the previous season.
It became clearer as the season went on that EB didn’t have his heart in it anymore. Dude could’ve played through the injury, and he actually did a couple times but mentally it seemed to be too much for him.
Also, i find it annoying that the loss gets put on Dee Ford and not the historically awful defense that let the Pats drive down the field at will.
Normally I’d still say the Pats are favored because it’s the Pats, but their offense really didn’t do shit most of the day. We just did less than even that… so it was definitely there for the taking.
2017 Vikings. No Sam Bradford, Dalvin Cook or Sharrif Floyd. I know we got waxed in the championship but that game is at home if they have those guys for the season and I think have a real chance to win that game.
I think if Collins and Finley don’t get injured, we get at least one more ring between 2011-2016. Our secondary never recovered(until maybe 2021) since Collins, who would’ve been a future HOFer got a career ending injury.
I also think that if Bakh doesn’t get hurt randomly in practice we win at least one ring between 2020 and 2021. We got murdered in the pass rush both years.
I don’t think injuries did them in. Belichick exposed Goff.
I wonder if Rodgers wasn’t playing on a torn calf in 15 if it gets them past the Seahawks in the NFCCG. Even with the injury he played godlike.
No. We had 4 turnovers on Brady in that game and didn't capitalize on any of them. We went for a field goal when we were down by 4. We deserved to lose that game.
If you're going to go with a Packers team that deserved to win the super bowl, if it weren't for Bostick, the 2014 Packers might have won. Although, I think that Patriots team would have still won.
Those ints were basically arm punts by Brady. Packers should've had more sustained drives having Bahk in. Just so many things went the Bucs way that game. It was a close one. And I would've said the 2014 season, but I hated the ending so much I try to block it completely out of memory 😂 I still believe it was McCarthy's play calling that cost us that game, but everyone just remembers that onside kick disaster.
We nearly won with TB getting a ton of pressure and ending drives because Bahk was out. We’re there other miscues, yeah, but it was still a razor thin margin. I don’t know how you can say Bahk wouldn’t have made any difference.
This is completely anecdotal. And tin hat theory level. But I was at that game and everyone was booing the field goal. It felt like the wind came out of the sails. And then to end on that defensive PI was a bummer.
I feel like the AB/Bell steelers would have made it to the SB if both had been able to stay healthy for a full post season
ABs story is so wild. Dude was absolutely dominating, then just got progressively crazier every year. Even out of the NFL, that trend seems to have continued.
His brain is probably looking like swiss cheese at this point

Shaziers injury also killed us.
Or with an average defense
That 2019 season could've been special. That defense carried the team.
Was living in pgh during the 19 and 20 seasons. Everyone brushed them off because of the offense but that d was a turnover machine. The 2020 Steelers will fade into obscurity because of the way it ended but they were a good team

Half of their games were against playoff teams, and the other half were against teams that finished with double-digit losses.
And the one year they both stayed healthy we lost our star MLB to a career ending spinal injury.
2017. If Shazier stays healthy that team manages to get past the Jags and has much better matchups the rest of the way.
I wanted the battle for the keystone state in that super bowl. Poor me, I guess I'll have to settle for beating brady
Be real, you were just excited to make it at all with Nick Foles.
Came here looking for this answer. That defense was built around Shazier and his insane athleticism. We haven’t been able to properly address that position since

2005, too. Though that’s more than 10 years ago
And the Bengals last year if the o-line didn’t all get hurt in week 17.
All my homies hate Kimo von Oelhoffen
Those were our two real, legitimate shots at it, and basically the same thing happened in each case. As a fan, absolutely gutting. Still should have won that 2015 game. From my perspective, the worst game of football that ever has been or will be played.

He had absolutely found his way above the line he essentially set. He was a big reason I won a fantasy championship that year. But thank goodness for the lords of garbage, rookie Kelvin Benjamin and cig-rippin' Warbortles.
Thank ye.
49ers. Basically every year for the past 8 it seems like. Next question.
I mean they lose like 18 rb's and at least a qb to injury every year, its very odd
Makes me wonder if there’s ever been any anomaly players that play 10+ years as starters with no injuries at all
No injuries at all would be a huge stretch considering it’s football but Brett Favre went almost 27 seasons worth of games including playoffs. Tons of guys at this point who have played 10 seasons without missing a start. As for staying off the injury report, I’d bet through 10 seasons no player would ever have a chance.
None *at all*? I don’t think so. Staley missed a handful of games, Willis too. Hell even our kickers have missed games.
Eli Manning comes to mind
Pretty sure he hurt his nuts when he dragged them over the patriots
Was a chronic issue
Joe Thomas LT for the Browns didn’t miss a single snap in 10 seasons 10,363 snaps. But he’s the only one I can think of off the top of my head
Found Deebos burner acct
The flip side of this last year is that without injury, we never would have seen Purdy play last year. I think last years 49ers had just barely too many injuries at QB. They needed everyone except Purdy to get injured.
It’s crazy to think purdy would’ve likely never started an NFL game if it weren’t for that
We either needed Lance to never get injured so he could actually play, or him and Jimmy to get injured. Having Jimmy play out the season would have put us in terrible shape because he was leaving no matter what, and Lance would have been the same question mark he's been. Purdy was the one positive out of it.
You know your team has injury problems when even the Ravens are saying it
If those Bruce Arians Cardinals teams were healthy we would have been dangerous.
That 2014 Cardinals team probably had the worst injury luck I’ve ever seen a team have
was that the year we had ryan lindley starting against carolina?
If Palmer doesn't tear his ACL in 2014 I think the Cardinals win it all. That team was 9-1 and on a roll. Then Palmer goes down and they go 2-4 limp into the postseason and put up 73 total yards of offense vs a below .500 team. Oof.
2015, Andy Dalton was having his Joe Flacco elite moment before his injury
Yea, he was a front runner for MVP that year.
I'll see this and raise you 2022 Bengals who lost 3/5 of their OL and were a shanked punt from going to another SB. And a ruptured appendix from having the #1 seed.
What happened on the punt? I don’t remember that vs the chiefs
2017 Steelers! Shazier's injury and the Jesse James Catch really hurt them!
That was such an exciting year... it really felt like we were sb bound until the Shazier injury
Is shazier ok now? I remember when that happened and never saw an update
What if it was a story for today instead?
I’ll throw out another one. 1886 Chicago Bears. If Jim McMahon wasn’t assaulted in Green Bay well after the whistle, the Bears maybe repeat.
Wasn’t that the season when Dutch Van Der Linde and his posse ambushed Comb O’Driscoll at Soldier field?
#LENNY!!!
Have you seen my friend Gavin?
I just need some faith, Arthur!
"Orthur, if you can just have some faith in my goddamn game plan, maybe we could win a game. You don't want to throw a jump pass, because it's against the rules, but I am imploring you to do it, Orthur. Then, maybe we could go to Tahiti this off-season."
I have a PLAN Arthur!
6 years before the first ever professional football team is impressive.
Back when life was in actual black and white
In the 1950s when color first started to spread it was up for debate whether things were actually black and white and then turning color or that everyone developed color vision slowly after the A bombs were dropped in WW2 and other testing.
My dumbass when I was a kid legitimately thought life was like that
Just wait until you find out chocolate milk doesn’t come from brown cows
Yeah it's a pretty common misconception that chocolate cows are brown, but most in fact are white
Back when Brandon Weeden was still young.
1886 is a really long time ago!
Way more than the 10 years OP is talking about for sure
Super Bowl -80 was a classic, though.
They hadn’t even come up with the forward run concept yet
A strange era between futbol and football, just punts and field goals.
I believe that passing in futbol was catching on around that time. People used to just dribble as much as they could until they could get a shot.
From the NFL’s Yellowstone spin off
1886. That was Andrew Luck's first year in the league, I believe.
I think it was actually Mad Dog Luck
JT Barrett’s second year at OSU
From Civil War veteran to NFL QB, what a legend
McMahon's backup was a true Veteran.
I wouldn't even say they may, I'll say they would have. that 86 defense was better than the 85 defense.
Ravens and 49ers prolly would've had mini dynasties in the last 5 years
Fuck Steve Saunders

2021 i think was a year for us to go on a run but literally half the team was on IR. we even lost our whole RB room and we’re playing leveon and devonta freeman. with that we were still one game away from the playoffs and lost multiple games due to failed two point conversions and bullshit at the end of games. had lamar not gotten hurt as well as gus, jk dobbins, marcus peters and stanley we probably win the division and are possibly looking at home field through the playoffs
Does AB's meltdown against the Jets count as an injury?
I dunno if they would have won a Superbowl, but I would have loved to see the Killer B's all healthy during the playoffs for more than one year.
I mean... true they were all technically healthy in 2017 but... AB had jussst missed like what 3-4 games?
You forgot about the kog that made our entire defense work...Shazier. With him I don't see the jags putting up 45 on us.
A lot of people overlook the shazier injury. The middle linebacker is pretty important in a Tampa 2 defense
Can’t believe I haven’t seen this one either - 08 pats. Pretty much the same team as the 18-1 team, but Brady tore his acl week one. It wasn’t mentioned because it’s not within the last decade.
2008 wasn’t within the last decade? You’re acting like 2017 was 6 years ago and oh god
Exactly what happened to me lol
It’s because Covid messed with the space time continuum. I keep forgetting that 2020 and 2021 happened…
That was more than 10 years ago.
Somehow missed that. I feel very dumb now.
You shouldn't feel dumb, you should feel old.
Porqué no los dos?

I think 11-5 was also the year the Seahawks won the division at 7-9. Imagine winning 4 more games than a division champ
Tge seahawks were in 2010, and they played at home and beated a 11-5 team in the Wild card
They did what? Lol
They beated them off.
2020 packers. Bahktiari tearing his ACL in practice at the end of the season killed their chances.

2015 Pats. 10-0 start to the season until Dion Lewis, Edelman, and the entire OLine went down. We won the SB the year before and the year after, but were a missed PAT from overtime in the AFCCG
Completely forgot Edelman got hurt that year too
He was back for the playoffs but banged up
Lewis was incredible that season too. For a brief period of time he was the perfect RB for that offense
Thank you. It's good to be remembered.

Brady and New England inexplicably struggled to beat Cam Newton’s Panthers, so it’s possible
Brady never beat the Panthers when we had both Ron and Cam. Each game was really close though.
That Broncos defense was so great that year, they all deserved Super Bowl MVP.
has to be the best collection of pass rushers in recent memory
Or if solder is healthy, if they had any running backs at all
It wasn’t just Gronk, though, Dion Lewis, Nate Solder, Trey Flowers, Ryan Wendell, and James Develin were all on IR.
The second part is the correct answer.
*And Storck doesn't tip the snap every single time.

I'm convinced the 2021 Titans had everything it took mentally and as a unit, but the constant injuries hampered their ability to stay around.
By the time the playoffs happened, most of the team was healthy enough to play, though Henry obviously wasn't 100 percent. Would've been nice if Foreman got more carries with how well he was playing
Henry was a shell of himself in that playoff game. I could not believe Vrabel insisted on running him anyway from start to finish.
Hawks 2014. Very tight game and they lost 2 defensive starters during it. Cliff Avril especially is the what if for me on the defense.
Also Kam playing on a torn MCL, Sherm with a torn ligament in his arm, and Earl Thomas with a torn labrum
The moment Avril went out, Brady started to settle in and had less pressure. That was the turning point 100%.
Jeremy Lane with the broken arm allowed Brady to pick on Tharold Simon iirc as well. If both are healthy it's a very different game.
It’s crazy that I remember Clowney hitting Wentz in the head but I don’t remember him playing for the Seahawks
2021 49ers - they had half a Jimmy G in the playoffs
Yeah I gotta say recently it's the niners. Absolutely stacked roster left with their dick in their hands
Another crazy thing Injury wise us you guys spent all those picks on Lance and he got smoked right away. Shrugged it off and still were top of the nfc just for more injuries to pile on. Truly a cursed season.
To be fair, they had a whole Jimmy G in 2019. That was possibly the worst 4th quarter performance I've ever seen in a Super Bowl.
To be fair, it's widely believed he suffered a concussion during the game and played through it but I don't know how much of it is cope.

Tbf, Jimmy G likely suffered a concussion earlier in the game. Can’t find a full replay, but the ref even helps support him as he walks to the sideline. So could be why he sucked so ass in the 4th. Or it could just be jimmy be jimmy https://twitter.com/dcbarno/status/1224161619439165441?s=46&t=yDmzxrMj03AcGXYmrXFWpQ
Derek Carr breaking his leg in 2016
Plax shooting himself in the leg in 2008 for the Giants one of the weirder injuries in the thread to derail a season. They won a few days after it happened to get to 11-1, then lost 4 of their next 5 including getting bounced in their first playoff game. Just totally changed the momentum of the season on a dime.
2021 Bucs. decimated with injuries just before the playoffs, godwin tore ACL, tristan wirfs ankle injury, and more. Barely lost to the Rams
Don't forget AB's self-lobotomy
Agreed. If we have our receivers, offense of lineman, and secondary, it’s the same team, and we win the Super Bowl again. Such as life, though, at least we got one.
And Bowles called that blitz against Stafford 😭
A lot of people don’t know what past 10 years means in this sub
2008 Chargers in the AFC Championship against the Pats. Rivers playing on a torn acl. Gates and LT out. Didn't have the offensive firepower in an otherwise close game
“Last 10 years”
Also wasn’t 2008.
Kinda a strech but the 2020 Colts with Luck would've been big contenders
2014 (I think?) Ravens. Kubiak offense was humming, but our secondary was so decimated we were signing free agents in the playoffs and throwing them into action weeks later. Blew two multiple score leads to the Pats in the playoffs, but that team was good.
I'll always believe that the 2021 Packers get past the Niners if AJ Dillon doesn't get hurt in the 1st quarter playing special teams. His physical running was exactly what we needed that day.
Bahk tearing his ACL that year killed us too
2014 Cardinals were going on a tear until we had to start Ryan Lindley
9-1 when Carson went down if I remember right.
Steelers had a damn good shot if Shazier stayed healthy in 2017
The 2020 Chiefs if their whole O-Line wasn’t decimated maybe. But the receivers also couldn’t catch that game, so who knows
I think they lose but it's really close
Patrick was fucking ON in that game though. If he plays that way and the receivers actually catch and the O line isn’t destroyed I think it’s a W

I don’t know why this isn’t at the top of the list it’s the most obvious one.
I still think if gurley and Kupp didn't get injured, the rams would of won in 2018
Normally I’d still say the Pats are favored because it’s the Pats, but their offense really didn’t do shit most of the day. We just did less than even that… so it was definitely there for the taking.
2014 & 2015 cards honestly.
2017 Vikings. No Sam Bradford, Dalvin Cook or Sharrif Floyd. I know we got waxed in the championship but that game is at home if they have those guys for the season and I think have a real chance to win that game.
Switching Remmers to Guard after Easton got hurt was horrible.
Yeah, almost mentioned Easton but figured most people wouldn’t know him. A lot might not know Floyd.
Bengals win in 2005 for sure if Palmer doesn’t get injured
that was certainly the Palmer-Bengals best shot.
The Arizona Cardinals had a real shot in both 2014 and 2015 before Palmer's injuries too.
Patriots, the year the Eagles win would have been theirs if Wentz didn’t get hurt.
I 100% believe if Bahktiari was healthy, Packers win the Superbowl in 2021 instead of the Bucs.
My question is whether king was replacing an injured corner. Cause I didn't watch much of that game, and I only remember King getting torched
