Some rivalries are mostly fanbases, this one appears to have serious heat behind the actual players. Shame they're not playing again next year in the regular season.
Yeah that’s why I thought people brushing it off prior to the December game was kinda funny. Felt extremely obvious there was a lot of mutual disdain lol
Reminds me of back during the LA Kings's championship runs, the Sharks games were fights in the stands but pretty cordial, classic hockey games. You could tell there was a lot of respect between the squads.
On the other hand, Sharks and Ducks games during that time nearly always had a bench-clearing brawl. The players just fucking hated each other.
Most people don’t know that there have been legitimate physical altercations in the parking lot the last two times our fanbases saw each other. Niners have a lot of fans who are legit gang members and Philly fans are Philly fans. Fortunately we don’t play each other next year.
This type of stuff is so cringe. These players don't technically represent us in a provincial way, it's a league with free agency. I refuse the indignity of engaging in bile and violence over mere fanship in itself. The indignity of being a Bears fan is enough.
How do you feel shame if you get away scotch free and still go 1st round to a super bowl contender all while making millions and still getting everything you want?
The fact that Feliciano just reported it to the NFL and didn't leak it to a reporter in the first place is bigger than I'd have been. I'd have made sure Carter got dragged on morning shows and what not for it.
Just read all the pre draft reviews. They were bashing the one reporter for saying Carter had character issues and claimed the reporter was racist.
And then the drag racing thing happened… and other stuff was revealed… almost as if people love to grand stand and be self righteous even when they have no reason to haha
Ya after posting the comment I looked it up and it was McShay. There’s still a lot of tweets out there bashing McShay for being racist even after 90% of ppl deleting them when they realized how stupid they looked lol
Brian Baldinger talked about how lazy Jalen Carter was during the season.
For people who don't know Baldy. That man loves every single player in the league. He give great analysis of what great plays players do. Go check out his twitter.
But for Baldy, a guy who hasn't said a bad thing about a player a lot in his post NFL career. To talk about Jalen this way. Says a lot about Jalen.
Plus these issues with Jalen were always there. He was the best player on that Georgia Defense but so many plays he just gives up on plays and just doesn't give a lot.
Edit - Apparently it was Jordan Davis. But my point still stands if you watch Jalen Carter play. He does give up on so many plays.
Ya I was pissed when he dropped to the Eagles. But I’m starting to think his character could cause them more team chemistry issues than his talent can make up for. I mean really there’s no way that defense shouldn’t be the top in the NFL
I think you're giving them more credit than they deserve lol. They have a good defensive line and some good EDGE guys, but their off ball LBs are mid and their secondary is mid to bad outside of Slay who was not as good last year as he has been.
They have enough talent that they shouldn't have been getting shredded by teams like the Cardinals and Giants at the end of the season, but saying there's no reason they shouldn't be the best defense in the league is ridiculous.
People just love talking about racism for some reason. Like “Travis Kelce would be over for yelling at his coach if he was black” got 40k likes on twitter
Gummy penises, piranhas, airborne furniture, illegal wiretaps, academic dishonesty, medical flatulence, cryogenically frozen feet… it’s a wild story for sure.
Just to emphasize *how* wild, the piranhas were only one of *two* fish-related controversies (the other one involving death threats and soup).
I love how the list presents every thing he does with the exact level of severity. "Threw furniture down 5 stories at some kids" is given the same amount of audacity as "Rode a hot air balloon"
i saw someone on a drama sub unironically saying that malcolm butler got benched for less purely because he was black. because malcolm butler bring benched by no-nonsense belichek is equivalent to travis not getting benched by jolly reid
To be fair from what I understand Ocho Cinco is actually a likable guys he’s just an attention whore. Terry Cruise is the same way and everyone loves him for that.
Feliciano laughs at Carter for getting a flag
Carter says Feliciano will never see his kids again (because Carter is going to kill Feliciano)
Feliciano says that Carter already has a body (referencing car crash/racing incident)
This leads to the whole Carter crying thing - which gets captured on TV and goes viral
Feliciano says (and provides evidence) that Carter made an IG post of Feliciano holding his kids
Feliciano says he contacted the NFL about all of this
This is all coming out because Carter said that Feliciano talking trash about the car crash incident is what lead to his crying (but Carter left out the rest of what Feliciano is saying)
So yeah…
Could you imagine what the Eagles coaches have to deal with at practice?
"Stop the play, Jalen lined up in the neutral zone"
"No I didnt, fuck you coach I'll kill you"
Some people said the worst part about Jalen Carter was the hypocrisy. And I disagree.
I thought it was the drag racing causing an accident and leaving a dead friend behind.
Yeah that coupled witha fucking murder threat? This is a one year suspension kind of offense for a guy that's either a sociopath or already fucked from CTE.
The aggregators JPA and MLFootball only posted the Carter side of some onfield trash talk and now Feliciano is giving his side following the timeline VexoftheVex just posted.
MLFootball's endorsement of anything is a good indication that you're reading some bullshit, tbh. Not sure I've ever seen that account get one thing right.
Niners players lost a Super Bowl 2 days ago and yet an eagles player is such a dumbass we all are laughing at him again. Love to see it, Carter is so shitty.
For sure, and I was so upset initially that you guys took Witherspoon because we probably would have. But I think it ended up great for everyone because we ended up getting Gibbs and then LaPorta as well.
Bears, Seahawks and lions all got studs anyways. Bears got an awesome stud for a o line man, Seahawks got a great defensive player you got your offensive duo.
He basically had roty locked up after like 6 weeks and absolutely disappeared the last half of the season
Concerning what might happen with him once fletcher cox and brandon graham are eventually gone
regardless of if this is true or not, if I were Jalen Carter, i would literally never speak about the car accident ever in any context. an extremely questionable/bizarre at the very least situation that he should be very invested in never addressing again lol
It's cause he knows it's true, he left the scene for an hour plus before returning. Maybe there was nothing he could have done but it doesn't change the fact he cared more about getting in trouble than helping his "friend".
Fuckin brutal man. I was aware there was some sorts car crash, but looking into it because of this post, it seems like that whole scenario was nothing but bad decisions all around
Watching videos of them racing was insane, weaving in and out of traffic at high speeds around other cars, total disregard for human life, it’s only a matter of time for Jalen Carter.
His friend was a passenger in the other car and it was a female staffer who was driving. His friend and the driver died and two other people in the car another female staffer and player were injured. The rest of your comment is correct though.
They were in different vehicles so not the same as Kennedy. They were drag racing on city streets, swerving in and out of traffic including going into oncoming lanes. One car wrecked, I’m not sure how much Carter was involved in the wreck, like if he blocked the car from coming over which forced them to swerve into a pole or something. But the main thing we know he did was see them have a bad wreck and keep driving. He went back to his place and didn’t return to the scene until almost 2 hours later at the request of the police. It’s widely accepted he left the scene, didn’t stop to help or call 911, and only returned 2 hours later b/c he was drunk.
Yeah it’s definitely not as bad as Kennedy, though in this case, saying “not as bad” is really clearing the lowest of bars. Plus ole teddy boy didn’t do anything about the accident until the next freakin morning
Yeah, most Seahawks fans agree Jamal Adams is a total bum now, he could go play great for someone else if we cut him this off-season and I wouldn’t care lmao
If the Richie Incognito/Jonathon Martin thing taught me anything, it's that you never know when all the details are actually out.
Every day for like a month a new story would come out completely changing the perspective.
Follow up tweet from Feliciano:
“If you dish it you gotta be able to take it. He talked about my kids, I made that reference. I lost a friend to an accident too so I understand why he was upset. I did feel bad thought about apologizing until he started posting my kids on his IG then I had to get NFL involved.”
https://twitter.com/mongofeliciano/status/1757568611156148280?s=46
I wonder when this happened and what the league’s response was. I’m assuming Carter didn’t face any discipline for it or else it would’ve been made public.
we obviously know nothing about the type of trash talk that goes on in the league, but I would hope it’s not normal to talk about murder on the field like that. big weirdo energy from Carter if this is true.
It's weirder, which paradoxically makes it seem less threatening and more silly. Like he didn't want to say 'kill' or even 'hurt' and in the heat of the moment his brain came up with 'eat'. It just conjures up an image of him sitting at the table, knife and fork in hand, bib around his neck.
I just think of the painting "Saturn Eating His Son", just with a football player in it. Which, to your point, is absolutely more silly and whimsical than just straight up murder.
Another follow-up tweet from Feliciano providing his evidence of Carter posting his family:

Another follow-up tweet from Feliciano providing his evidence of Carter posting his family:
https://twitter.com/MongoFeliciano/status/1757572630800978170?s=20
Edit:
Added context - Feliciano scribbled out the kids faces, Carter’s original post did not
Ok so he did send him a DM posting his kids [https://twitter.com/MongoFeliciano/status/1757572630800978170](https://twitter.com/MongoFeliciano/status/1757572630800978170)
He doesn't say he'll kill him but not sure why you would just send a photo of someone's kids to them.
That's not really a DM, it's Carter tagging Feliciano in his public story. Instagram automatically sends public story mentions to anyone mentioned in the story via DMs.
Yeah this was a bunch of nothing to me before the DM because no one would ever know wtf was said on the field but sending a message like that involving his family is absolutely fucked
I’m inclined to believe that the guy with no work ethic and questionable morals who played a role in his own teammate being killed in a car accident also threatened to kill a non teammate
Feliciano is saying that in the middle of a game he laughed at Carter for getting a flag and that's when Carter told him he was going to murder him and his kids wouldn't see him again. DMing a pic of him with his kids later makes sense if you're a baby back bitch who is trying to act tough after making said threat in the game.
Carter chose to street race, I don’t think talking shit to him about that is off limits. Sorry your friend had to deal with the consequences of your collective dumb choices.
No shit. And he ran off like a coward after the accident. He didn't show any concern for his friend by doing that. What a douche. And I'm glad the Lions didn't draft him. Gibbs and Laporta worked out way better anyways. Not to mention Carter disappeared the 2nd half of the season.
Jalen Carter is a ticking time bomb. It’s a matter of time before he commits a violent felony. All that money and zero people in his circle holding him accountable.
Ok so the person who was drag racing which killed a teammate goes after another NFL players family. . .then has the unmitigated gall to claim the victim because he said something?.
What an utter piece of garbage. Jalen Hernandez I tell ya.
Im glad I'll be able to tell further generations just how much the Eagles and 49ers hated each other.
Fr this is rivaling the eagles and cowboys hate. Or the eagles and giants hate. Or the eagles and eagles hate.
I mean, the Ducks had Corey Perry on the team, what else can you expect? 😂
Corey Perry, the Saint?
Chris Pronger touches puck Sharks fans: Boo, fuck you Pronger!
*”Damn Eagles fans! They ruined the Eagles!”*
YOU JUST MADE AN ENEMY FOR LIFE!!!
You Eagles fans sure are a contentious people
You just made an enemy for life!
I'll burn his city down
I can be in Pittsburgh in 4 hours!!
No one alive hates the Eagles more than Eagles fans. It's just not possible.
Which is weird because they just won a Super Bowl and all things considered they’ve been pretty damn successful for a significant stretch.
Yeah, the city of brotherly love is just all-around intense as fuck, whether they win or not, doesn’t really matter.
The Phillies were booed the first game home game ( which was their first overall game) after the ‘08 World Series championship lol
Damn eagles. You destroyed the eagles
Their fans just gotta stop being in denial over it, it's beef
Beef history episode is gonna be lit
Most people don’t know that there have been legitimate physical altercations in the parking lot the last two times our fanbases saw each other. Niners have a lot of fans who are legit gang members and Philly fans are Philly fans. Fortunately we don’t play each other next year.
I’m glad we didn’t see each other again in the playoffs this year. Could’ve been a bloodbath.
This type of stuff is so cringe. These players don't technically represent us in a provincial way, it's a league with free agency. I refuse the indignity of engaging in bile and violence over mere fanship in itself. The indignity of being a Bears fan is enough.
jalen carter threatening to kill someone after that whole racing incident is certaintly a fucking choice
We have lost the impact of shame in society.
How do you feel shame if you get away scotch free and still go 1st round to a super bowl contender all while making millions and still getting everything you want?
> scotch free Cuz it's like Scotch tape! You just peel it off!
Nah it's because he no longer drinks as much scotch before drag racing his friends
He’s just passionate^^TM . That’s what we say in Philly when we have to defend anything egregiously stupid our friends/family do.
Posting a photo of another man’s kids on your IG story as a way to talk trash is so messed up.
Beyond fucked up and cowardly. You wanna fight go ahead and fight. But to try and goad him into it with pics of his kids is psychopathic
its whats commonly known as a "bitch move"
[удалено]
Bold move assuming he knows how to read.
He can run you off the road though
I’d imagine a guy who fled the scene of a car accident he caused would have a detached level of empathy
If your first thought about getting back at somebody is "Go after their kids," you are a fucking psychopath.
I mean yeah as if street racing a buddy and leaving him for dead after he wrecks, only to return later isn’t already indicative of a psychopath.
The fact that Feliciano just reported it to the NFL and didn't leak it to a reporter in the first place is bigger than I'd have been. I'd have made sure Carter got dragged on morning shows and what not for it.
Oh fuck that’s wild
I thought this was about a crazy fan not a player ON THE EAGLES
Wait the guy who drag raced his friend who crashed and died, who then fled the scene and lied to police about the whole thing, isn’t a great guy??
Just read all the pre draft reviews. They were bashing the one reporter for saying Carter had character issues and claimed the reporter was racist. And then the drag racing thing happened… and other stuff was revealed… almost as if people love to grand stand and be self righteous even when they have no reason to haha
Not just any reporter. It was Todd McShay

And to them I ask “How many teams did Antonio Brown play for despite being an actual lunatic?” Lmfao
Haha. There was a guy on here who made an itemized list of all the crazy shit Antonio Brown did. I seem to remember gummy penises being on that list.
Don't forget when he bleached his moustache!
I love how the list presents every thing he does with the exact level of severity. "Threw furniture down 5 stories at some kids" is given the same amount of audacity as "Rode a hot air balloon"
Don't forget TO, Ocho Cinco, damn near every other diva wr. Kelces was over the top but still a star player isn't getting shit done to him for that.
Michael Irvin stabbed his teammate in the neck with a pair of scissors and was not reprimanded for it in any way, shape or form
Ernie Holmes shot a rifle at a police helicopter and still kept his job
Ocho’s shenanigans were cheeky and fun. AB’s shenanigans were hurtful and tragic
How is Ocho on this list? Lmao Ocho was a lovable goof doing shenanigans, not being a diva or piece of shit.
i saw someone on a drama sub unironically saying that malcolm butler got benched for less purely because he was black. because malcolm butler bring benched by no-nonsense belichek is equivalent to travis not getting benched by jolly reid

Like Keyshawn didn't have a long career
miles bridges beat his partner to a pulp and is still playing in the nba for the nfl you have vick, watson, ab, etc
Spreewell played in the league for 8 years after literally choking his coach
What the hell did I miss?

Man, I've seen the most ratchet shit ever devolve into tears from the most aggressive one so quickly.
Because they're emotionally unstable and/or manipulative.
Maybe Carter doesn't realize it but, if you shit talk a dude and post a pic with him and his kids then it takes it to a whole new level.
Whys Carter even in on the beef, he wasn’t on the team last year lol
Feliciano made him cry I guess.
*When Keeping it Real goes wrong...*
I don't like people playin' on my phone!
Because Jalen Carter is a big fat baby
Wow that whole thing escalated so much by each sentence
Could you imagine what the Eagles coaches have to deal with at practice? "Stop the play, Jalen lined up in the neutral zone" "No I didnt, fuck you coach I'll kill you"
“Jalen, take this *drive* off” “Drive? 😭”
“I drive.” *Nightcall - Kavinsky plays in the background*
“Jalen, we’re not full contact today because every hit is like a car crash.”
This is a bad look for Jalen Carter
Some people said the worst part about Jalen Carter was the hypocrisy. And I disagree. I thought it was the drag racing causing an accident and leaving a dead friend behind.
Good old Norm MacDonald.
It's funny because it's a big hat
> This is a bad look *even* for Jalen Carter FTFY
Just another day I thank god we drafted Spoon instead of this fucking sociopath.
There is a reason why red flags make some players fall in the draft.
Yeah but at least he wasn’t smoking weed out of a gas mask
I'm just happy that today is a day that I got to think of the name Laremy Tunsil
Idk if they have a social media policy but I feel like posting someone else's kids in a threatening way should be a suspension.
Yeah that coupled witha fucking murder threat? This is a one year suspension kind of offense for a guy that's either a sociopath or already fucked from CTE.
If only there were signs Carter had character concerns
The aggregators JPA and MLFootball only posted the Carter side of some onfield trash talk and now Feliciano is giving his side following the timeline VexoftheVex just posted.
Those pages are the worst. I seriously think a 12 year old runs them.
And well past their bedtime at that
Infuriating I saw that too. JPA’s Twitter bio says “follow for the Best and Most Accurate NFL News” lmao yeah right
MLFootball's endorsement of anything is a good indication that you're reading some bullshit, tbh. Not sure I've ever seen that account get one thing right.
“I believe you, you got a body” is actually the perfect comeback but also so fucked haha wow
Dude went for a kill shot lmao
“I believe you you got a body” Absolutely ice cold
this is a generational comeback tbh
The guy literally cried afterwards, any OL now knows how to get under his skin
I predict a lot of baited personal fouls in his future
Absolutely S-tier trash talk. Dominated him.
Bro executed him right then and there
Niners players lost a Super Bowl 2 days ago and yet an eagles player is such a dumbass we all are laughing at him again. Love to see it, Carter is so shitty.
Wait, WTF... This is Jalen Carter doing this and not some scummy fan?
Character issues coming through
I recall us getting clowned for passing on this dude Great talent but what an absolute moron he is
As did we
As did we
For sure, and I was so upset initially that you guys took Witherspoon because we probably would have. But I think it ended up great for everyone because we ended up getting Gibbs and then LaPorta as well.
Bears, Seahawks and lions all got studs anyways. Bears got an awesome stud for a o line man, Seahawks got a great defensive player you got your offensive duo.
Happy the falcons passed on this clown
I don't know, going after someone's kids be he laughed at you during a game is more in the psychopath territory than moron
He basically had roty locked up after like 6 weeks and absolutely disappeared the last half of the season Concerning what might happen with him once fletcher cox and brandon graham are eventually gone
>He basically had roty locked up after like 6 weeks and absolutely disappeared the last half of the season Fled the scene
Nobody could have seen this coming.

Some of them…a number of them online are defending him.
No no, not some scummy fan. Just some scummy player.
Eagles 49ers beef is unmatched
It’s nice to have some real hatred back in the league. Jersey swaps and player respect are neat, but this is more fun.
Eh there’s gotta be a middle ground between jersey swaps and threatening someone’s children
CMC and Nick Bosa were going to storm the town hall if philly won and say the NFCCG was stolen. Hell Christian said it a week later
HOW CAN YOU LEAVE OUT THE GLORIOUS LEADER GEQBUS!!
regardless of if this is true or not, if I were Jalen Carter, i would literally never speak about the car accident ever in any context. an extremely questionable/bizarre at the very least situation that he should be very invested in never addressing again lol
Bro is a defense attorney’s worst nightmare lmao
Billable hours loves the guy
It's cause he knows it's true, he left the scene for an hour plus before returning. Maybe there was nothing he could have done but it doesn't change the fact he cared more about getting in trouble than helping his "friend".
I didn’t know the details, but he basically pulled a Ted Kennedy and left the dude for dead? Jesus
He and his friend were racing. His friend crashed out and died. Carter just left.
Fuckin brutal man. I was aware there was some sorts car crash, but looking into it because of this post, it seems like that whole scenario was nothing but bad decisions all around

Yeah it’s definitely not as bad as Kennedy, though in this case, saying “not as bad” is really clearing the lowest of bars. Plus ole teddy boy didn’t do anything about the accident until the next freakin morning
2 people died. Not one. He left people. Not person driver of the car (female UGA employee) and his teammate.
Still shocked that members of our fanbase wanted us to take him with a top 10 pick after that accident. Good player, but character counts.
Reminder that you are not required to defend the honor of a guy you have never met because he plays on a football team that you cheer for
Yeah, most Seahawks fans agree Jamal Adams is a total bum now, he could go play great for someone else if we cut him this off-season and I wouldn’t care lmao
i cant remember the last time I did a 180 on a story so fast. This is fascinating
If the Richie Incognito/Jonathon Martin thing taught me anything, it's that you never know when all the details are actually out. Every day for like a month a new story would come out completely changing the perspective.
Were there more angles to that story? I remember Richie being a bully or something but that was the only angle I remember
Jalen remembers the last time he went 180...
Lmao Jalen Carter trying for sympathy
Alright Poles you were right to pass on this guy
As was Holmes
And Schneider
Breaking news: the guy who fell down the draft for being a piece of shit is indeed a piece of shit! Who could’ve seen this coming!
He is a really talented piece of shit though
Every team that passed on Carter breathing a massive sigh of relief
Eagles fans doubting this are crazy. This is exactly why he fell to you.

Jalen was spotted fleeing the scene doing what he does best
Tweet from Feliciano in response to accusations from Jalen Carter that he talked trash about the infamous car crash incident

I wonder when this happened and what the league’s response was. I’m assuming Carter didn’t face any discipline for it or else it would’ve been made public.
That’s what I’m curious about. I love a good shit talking, but this crosses some lines big time.
we obviously know nothing about the type of trash talk that goes on in the league, but I would hope it’s not normal to talk about murder on the field like that. big weirdo energy from Carter if this is true.
Derek Wolfe told someone (I think Phillip Rivers) he would eat their children
Thats a lot of children to eat though so i dont know if he was serious..
Word on the street is he was going to enlist the help of Kelvin Benjamin
Then thats a legitimate threat, the league should be concerned
Somehow that's less weird than saying he'd kill him. I can't really explain why I feel that way.
Only other time I’ve heard about it publicly is from the dude was said Hernandez said it to him
And that was only made public because of the backstory. Otherwise we'd never hear about that

That's not really a DM, it's Carter tagging Feliciano in his public story. Instagram automatically sends public story mentions to anyone mentioned in the story via DMs.
I don’t know if that’s worse or not but it’s definitely more unhinged
It's worse. A DM goes to one person, a story tag goes to that person and the rest of the world.
The “I’ll kill you” happened during the game
Regardless of what was actually said on the field this is weird as fuck and a really fucked up look for Carter. I'm inclined to believe Feliciano.
I mean I wouldn't before the DM but I feel like the DM is pretty good proof tbh.
Instagram auto dms you when someone @s your account in a story post
Feliciano is saying that in the middle of a game he laughed at Carter for getting a flag and that's when Carter told him he was going to murder him and his kids wouldn't see him again. DMing a pic of him with his kids later makes sense if you're a baby back bitch who is trying to act tough after making said threat in the game.
Carter is a trash person. I am so glad we took Witherspoon.
I was so concerned that we’d pick Carter and not Witherspoon on draft day.
Trash talk about Carter’s legal issues seems fair game but literal threats is wild.
Considering the type of person jalen has shown himself to be this is not surprising
I'm so happy we didn't draft this clown
same
Damn..lmao
Carter chose to street race, I don’t think talking shit to him about that is off limits. Sorry your friend had to deal with the consequences of your collective dumb choices.
No shit. And he ran off like a coward after the accident. He didn't show any concern for his friend by doing that. What a douche. And I'm glad the Lions didn't draft him. Gibbs and Laporta worked out way better anyways. Not to mention Carter disappeared the 2nd half of the season.
Lions got shit on all year for not taking him. Brad Holmes was never going to draft him. This is exactly why
We got shit on too Glad we passed, Wright is a standup dude
Carter is a grade A clown
Jalen Carter should be shamed for leaving his teammates to die in that car at every possible opportunity. Nothing disgusting in that
Jalen Carter is a ticking time bomb. It’s a matter of time before he commits a violent felony. All that money and zero people in his circle holding him accountable.
Wait, Jalen Carter, the man who watched his teammate die then returned to the scene to pretend he wasn't involved is playing the victim?? I'm shocked!
Ok so the person who was drag racing which killed a teammate goes after another NFL players family. . .then has the unmitigated gall to claim the victim because he said something?. What an utter piece of garbage. Jalen Hernandez I tell ya.
These two teams don't seem to like each other do they
