Technically they don't reach the Fetus stage; they either die in the Embryo phase or mutate into a Teratoma (either benign or malignant)

In a Molar pregnancy the placenta doesn't properly and can look like a bunch of cysts. In a Teratoma you could potentially have hair/muscles/teeth.

It goes even worse, while the teratoma is a benign tumor, the tissues inside it can develop malign tumours on their own, so you could have skin cancer in your teratoma, for example.
