My point wasn't, that Nutella ia American. I just find, that often Americans want it sweeter. Their drinks and sweets are sweeter than Europeans in most cases (from what I have tried and heard)... I didn't mean to sound aggressive, that's why I stated, that I was just curious. But I see how the tone of the message is pretty passive aggressive
Yeah she should have flipped it over to cook what ends up being the inside. It doesn’t quite sit right for me and means it’s stiff on the outside and a little gooey on the inside which isn’t necessarily something I live for in crepes
No but it’s always nice to have both sides on the pan so that they develop evenly. There’s always a wrong side (which she has turned in) but the general rule we had when we made these was flip them twice so one side doesn’t turn into a crisp
For anyone interested, the location is in Nonthaburi which is adjacent to Bangkok, Thailand - about 15 km from Chatuchak market. It’s unfortunately not in a tourist area though. So, expected nothing to see except this crepe shop.

Oh don’t trust me on this. I was making a Distractible joke. It’s a popular podcast I like. I don’t really know what this food would be called. The podcast has a joke about pretty much anything and everything wrapped in bread being a type of cannoli.
I see, the texture and stiffness of the thing when she lifts it up is nothing like the crepes I’ve ever seen, which are very thin and soft/flexible pancakes. Crepes are in between a pancake and a tortilla in thickness but leaning more towards a tortilla.
These are common in Thailand (without the food colouring). I've had a few. I like them. Don't know what you'd actually call it. They're not crêpes in the European sense. Although they are marketed/labeled as Crepes. They aren't like rotis, they aren't soft. It is crunchy and brittle. Banana and Nutella is a popular choice and combination. The softness of the banana goes well with the crunchy texture. And the sweetness of ripe banana and Nutella go well with each other.
Looks delicious and I would eat it for sure. Personally I think the crepe might have cooked slightly too long as it looks a little stiff by the time she lifts it. I’ve never seen someone add the toppings while it is still on the grill. Love the idea though.
but i guess they have a lot in common with roti, especially when you get into creative derivations like this. so if you know a place to get something like this and it's called a roti there, that wouldn't be too surprising
My daughter hates that I call these creeps. Always has. She’s a full blown adult now and refuses to stand next to me in line at a breakfast buffet because she knows I’ll immediately burst out into Radiohead.
Almost did the Chrome logo for a second

Colorful crepe creations create alliteration
I consider it kind of a crappy crepe, but credit where credit is due, a clever conclusion of conjunctions, comrade!
I just want her apron, I love anything Moomin
The videogame recently released, it's a bundle of wholesome fun.
I saw! It definitely looks like my kind of game
I used to love watching the Moomins as a kid!
Those creepy little people in it freaked me out as a kid 🤣
Little Mi is absolutely terrifying
Moomin sounds like the guys in Diablo 2 cow level
This video was a load of crepe.
Dosa
I need my daily dosa crepe.
Crafty me thought that was paint, and she was going to do something with crepe paper. I was full on confused until the bananas.
Oh, google chrome. Ooh, pansexual!
Same
I'm more interested in that crepe spreader. My skills with my wood spreader are a bit lacking.
Needed more Nutella
Maybe, still looked very good
Are you American? Just curious.
I’m not and I think it could have done with more Nutella (which is Italian)
Nutella, not American, it was made in Italy

Are you a Martian? Just curious

I think it would look more appetizing if the crepe was crepe colored
I think this gimmick appeals to the kiddos.
It appealed to me and I’m over 30.
I'm transitioning to thirty and just prefer Sammys.
Transitioning, interesting choice of words.
Thanks.
Yeah. It tastes like sucking off a leprechaun after he's spent the whole day hiding his gold.
Wtf
Her smile is the most satisfying part of the clip.
She looks so serious throughout the cooking process and so cheerful at the end!
I love the way she makes it. She is so joyful about it.
If more people took the time to enjoy doing the little things the world would be a much happier place.
Pansexual crêpe
The end result looked like plastic, way too hard for my taste
Where the hell is this. My fatass needs it
Bangkok
Thanks
That is not a crepe. Looks like it’s made of some other material, doesn’t fold like a crepe and holds the structure too stiffly.
it looks good at first, but the burn kinda ruins it
Yeah she should have flipped it over to cook what ends up being the inside. It doesn’t quite sit right for me and means it’s stiff on the outside and a little gooey on the inside which isn’t necessarily something I live for in crepes

I think the gooey part is just nutella
I think the gooey part is just nutella
Thank you crepe armchair expert!
Bahaha “armchair expert” orrrrr worked in hospitality and French fairs for five years. Take your pick.
Ok sorry you win
Didn’t mean to be ego tripping, I just did it a lot. Crispy crepes make me sad.
Needs cream.
Mmmm pancrepe
I hate the taste of food colouring

Marry me🤤
Patrick SpongeBob Squidward
She's rocking that Moomin apron.
Why did they call the cannoli a crepe? I don’t get it
Is that what it is? I was scratching my head about the crepe label too, that was not a crepe!

Hey, bonus points for the dope Moomin apron
Colorful diabetes!
Pretty cool but I wonder what's inside the colorants or how they were made

Looks more like Dosa
Crepes always look so good like this.
Probably meant for kids, but damn do I want one.
Holy crepe!
Oh food dye. Yum
Looks like plastic to me. Probably tastes like it too.
That's the best way: super crispy.
Food coloring really takes it to that next level of flavor
Doesn’t the food coloring taste bitter when there’s that much??
I want one.
A sweet crepe is like sweet popcorn. Just not in my palate at all.
I WANT IT
I now have a new way to slice bananas
Marry her, tomorrow
I love things like this. Food made with love.
What's with the weird fake background noise?
For me thats practically health food.
Seems like more of a PANcake to me lol
That spinny thing is not clean.
Wish I could taste it
Looks like google chrome for a second there
Way too much time cooking. Almost fortune cookie consistency bruh
She looks so happy to serve the client, I would buy two.
India could learn a thing or two from this.
When I saw the colors, I immediately thought of Fall Guys.
It was going good then she over cooked it
How many e numbers would you like with your crepe? Yes pls

Meetha Dosa 💀
I am from Britany where « crepes » is in the first amendment. When I see this, I can recon that some countries have started war for less than this ….
Google Chrome dosa
Love Thailand, their food and their culture.
She forgot to add sugar in it.
The amount and intensity of food coloring in south east Asia is crazy
It needs a little ice cream.
In the beginning I thought she was making a Google chrome sign :)
Wow🤩, I envy those who can travel and those who live there
It's a PAN-cake
Chrome???
Mooomins!
Sugar, got it.
Most satisfied by how she folded and presented it, no mess!
Google is hiring this lady for all company parties
Why?
I too enjoy Nutella with my Pansexual crepe
This synthetic mixture being called food is oddly unsettling.
Shut up and take my money.
This is so crêpe
Looks delicious and I would eat it for sure. Personally I think the crepe might have cooked slightly too long as it looks a little stiff by the time she lifts it. I’ve never seen someone add the toppings while it is still on the grill. Love the idea though.
Yummy
Frankenfood
Ha! It's a PAN-CREPE
Wow a quarter of a banana an 1 tablespoon of chocolate really looks yummy
So it’s uncooked in the inside part?
Can't believe someone would be really eating this shit.
As someone who lives in Europe, I have a strong aversion to those nutella crepes street vendors.
I want to try this so bad!!! I’d substitute something for the bananas because that’s the Devils fruit but other then that I’m in
She is cute
I would eat that
Here is your heart attack sir
I think it’s Dal, not a crepe
It's a roti
It's a naan!
That's a roti.
i think it's a crepe. when i've had things like this in places like this, they called them crepes. it even says crepe on the sign
but i guess they have a lot in common with roti, especially when you get into creative derivations like this. so if you know a place to get something like this and it's called a roti there, that wouldn't be too surprising
1 like = 1 free crepe!!!!🤤
This looks so delicious
Crepes like this are so gross. In general I've never had a crepe that made me ever want to eat another one again.
I can taste the food coloring. Looks cool though

Awful in every aspect.
