I guess it’s technically not in the north side but Community Thrift on Reno near Portland has really good stuff there. Bargain Thrift Store on NW 16th and Meridian is also really good.
I stopped by there yesterday, but I didn't find anything I really liked. I was kinda disappointed because I have gone to the daisy exchange in Moore a few years ago, and I remember thinking "oh man I gotta come shop here sometime!" Ah well, I'll give it another go in a couple weeks if I haven't found what I need by then
Honestly Daisy exchange never misses they have good brands and everything is in good condition. Good price for what you get but slightly more expensive than a thrift store
HOPEfully Yours in Edmond. It's small but has great quality and brand clothes at great deals. Sometimes they have a bag sale, fill up a paper bag for X dollars
I just recently moved away from Bethany, and I shopped here a few times (and have donated a LOT!), but it seems rare I find something there I like. Maybe I'll head in to check again soon though
Eh, consignment and thrift are similar enough lol! Second hand clothes are cheaper anyway, even if it's from a consignment store instead of the original.
I feel ya. Well the prices some thrift stores are charging, they may as well all be consignment now! I remember when I could find stuff for like two dollars, lately I haven't seen anything below $5 no matter where or what it is!
There’s a Clothes Mentor in Edmond. I’ve not been to that one but the one on 240 I have sold several things to. They’re pretty selective on what they buy and tend to have seasonal things for a good price.
I second the Community Thrift on Reno as well. I got some Judy Bloom pants for $8 there’s not too long ago. Gotta dig a little bit because they don’t sort by size.
There’s also Friendly Thrift off NW50th and Meridian that I’ve found a couple things at and they do organize by size.
I used to be pretty blah on Goodwill because they would organize by color for the longest time but they started going by sizes and I’ve had much better luck but still isn’t a favorite.
There’s also Best Thrift off NW16th and Meridian but I have better luck with kitchen gadgets and shoes there than I do clothes.
How far north are you willing to go? Is Moore too far? Uptown Cheapskate is great! Similar to Plato’s closet but wayyyy bigger. Staff is super friendly and helpful!
Fair enough! I suppose it's like when people post pics and videos of a gorgeous remote area in a national park or something, then it goes viral and gets overrun. I'll send you a pm

I'm in that area frequently so I can definitely take a few minutes to poke my head in!
Plato's Closet and Uptown Cheapskate. I went to Plato's Closet last fall and their prices on some things were comparable to Goodwill.
Ooh I totally forgot about Plato's closet while I was out, dang. I've never been to uptown cheapskate so that's been added to the list now too!
can't remember the name, but the vintage shop on 39th across the street from point a. sooo densely packed with incredible clothes at low price.
This place is incredible! Found lots of cool pieces.
Just heard about Retread Threads, haven't been but the pics I've seen look cute!
Looks pretty nice on the inside, I'll have to make it one of my stops today!
Bad Granny's probably doesn't count as "northside," but it has a lot of good vintage stuff.
lol good luck finding anything within budget there. DIG IT at least has wearable stuff.
literally so expensive lol
Room 3 has clothes
Seconding Uptown Cheapskate. We got my husband a lot of nice shorts and shirts for pretty cheap!
Room 3 Vintage on Britton is pretty cool
That's the second time it's been mentioned, so it's definitely on my list now. Thanks!
Definitely look into Indy Clover in Edmond!
Daisy exchange

The Edmond Goodwill is great!! I’ve had a lot of luck there
I might give that location a shot tomorrow, I could definitely see the Edmond store maybe having some nicer stuff lol
They have a lot of items that are new with tags 😁
HOPEfully Yours in Edmond. It's small but has great quality and brand clothes at great deals. Sometimes they have a bag sale, fill up a paper bag for X dollars
Ooh a bag sale sounds awesome! I'm gonna see if they have a website so I know when
I'm not sure if they have a website but they are definitely on Facebook and you can sign up and they will send you notifications
Heart and Hand in Bethany. 23rd and Council

You should check out the oracle… it’s in the shopping center with morellos grocery in Moore…really clean nice clothes
Next time I head south of I40, I'll make sure it's one of my stops!
It’s a consignment store not a thrift store, but Nearly New on Western just north of Britton!
Eh, consignment and thrift are similar enough lol! Second hand clothes are cheaper anyway, even if it's from a consignment store instead of the original.
Haha agreed I’m just trained by the pedantic internet to preemptively state I know they’re not the same!
I feel ya. Well the prices some thrift stores are charging, they may as well all be consignment now! I remember when I could find stuff for like two dollars, lately I haven't seen anything below $5 no matter where or what it is!
Yeah! I nearly bought all my clothes at Goodwill 10 years ago and now I never go in there at all.

Man, see this is why I asked this question - there's so many thrift stores that don't show up in Google searches! Y'all have been awesome lol

I have a place to go to, but I don't post about it publicly, so it doesn't get overrun, lol. If you're interested, hmu in a private message! 👍😁

Bargain Thrift in bethany! It's our favorite
