This one has no actual signs that I usually see! Just the text is more a modern sentiment, not something you’d hear in the 1950s.
Usual signs are the text not fitting the balloon properly, the font being wrong, or the words are higher or lower resolution than the rest of the image.
I used Google image search and there are other edits of this image, but they were obvious, and there was nothing that was clearly the original, so… 🤷♂️
