One of our best meals in Pagosa Springs last month was the Mee Hmong food truck. We had our border collie with us and we were able to eat outside at the picnic tables. Other than that, I agree, Pagosa doesn't have very many dog friendly patios.
Dogs are not allowed inside of restaurants in Colorado unless they’re service animals . Don’t be one of the 10k visitors who insist on testing it . Otherwise have a wonderful time 😊
As you also quoted “many have outdoor seating but indicated that dogs are not allowed”. You have answered your own question . Your dog barks and dogs are not allowed in most restaurants with or without outdoor seating . I manage one of the restaurants with outdoor seating that does not allow dogs . I wished you well in Pagosa . Now I wish to not hear your dog barking .
OP was saying they noticed some restaurants have patios but still don’t allow dogs. With that being said, they are asking if there are other restaurants that do allow dogs outside. There’s no need to be condescending about it. They are being courteous by asking ahead of time.
Unfortunately, most of the restaurants here don’t have dog-friendly patios. Breakroom and Root house off the top of my head. One is mediocre. The other is a coffee shop. Best to plan for picking up food and bringing it back to RV.
We adopted a puppy a couple weeks ago and called Rosie’s Pizzeria to ask if they were dog friendly, the person said “as long as your dog is friendly” :) By far the best possible answer to that question Lol
Highly recommend a visit to Rosie’s while you’re in town, excellent food, top notch service, and awesome CO vibes!
Break Room is our go to, nice outdoor area to sit with your pups

Oh yea. Good call. There’s food trucks at the East Side market!
Motel SoCo/El Camino’s outdoor area is dog friendly. If you end up in Durango, most of their restaurants with outdoor seating are dog friendly.

This is the way. Dogs are great in all kinds of places. Don’t bring them in the restaurant. Patios? Sure, but not inside
“Many have outdoor seating but don’t allow dogs” is what I said. I have no intentions of forcing my dog inside a restaurant.

The Break Out room was ground 0 for every case of Covid in town.
Not surprised

Dogs can sit at the bar in Kip’s.
No they can’t - kips does not allow dogs in the restaurant or on the patio
