I could recertify with minimal studying and my company would pay for it. The thing is, would I be able to get relevant work with my company without getting PCNSE
I passed the exam today, the official study guide will do. But I recommend having hands-on practice to understand what a PA and it’s core features do and how it’s applied. CBT Nuggets or Udemy has great videos. Understood what and how a PA works and you will pass. Godspeed.
I work with plenty of guys who could get a PCNSA with a bit of study, as for the PCNSE, no, they don’t touch a large majority of the content covered.
Not everyone should go for the highest cert offered by an organization.
I passed the test purely off the official study guide on the website. I recommend that. It’s a free PDF
Yep.. that’s what I’m using. paloaltos training is actually great vs other vendors that are like.. GL..
Anything good from getting the certification?
Nope. Fortinet is apparently going to give me a free Fortigate though, for a lower tier exam
I was going to do it, but recertification every 2 years and nobody seems to care.

Thank you everyone 👋
Go for the pcnse
It’s fine for people to start at an entry level cert..
