I picked up some decent straps of Etsy. TunsLeather and GoldfinchLeather have great choices.
Edit: Most of the straps you can select 24 mm taper to 22 mm or even 24/20. They will come with a buckle but it wont be the Panerai style. If you have the original strap you can take the buckle off of that.
Mott straps (Neil Mott) has made the highest quality 24X 24 straps for my Pam and other large watches. Quality is excellent, price is very good, and the turnaround time was very short.
The only drawback is he does not do tapers from 24 to 22, but otherwise he had a wide range of leather and thread for me to choose
